What do you like best about Rejoiner?

What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiners platform is intuitive and allows our marketers and ecom team to easily build broadcasts without the need for coding. Reporting analytics are accessible and allow our team to visualise performance. But above all, it is Mike and his teams customer service that is second to none! While our company is Australia-based, the AU-US time difference is never noticed, with Mike always replying to our queries or requests quickly. The Rejoiner team are truly an extension of our digital team and have been fundamental to growing our revenue online, supporting new projects and recommending optimisations for our digital comms. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner has made a major positive impact on our business. The system is easy to navigate and use and reporting is above standard. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to reply and help. Mike has been an amazing help with the more technical side of things, allowing myself to focus on other important aspects of our business instead of trying to figure it out on my own. The only downside would be that if we try to send out an email last minute, sometimes it doesn't get dispersed right away. Without a doubt, my favorite part about the Rejoiner relationship is your direct communication with their team. Mike, Greg and everyone else on Team Rejoiner have not only been a joy to work with, but are incredibly responsive to any requests or issues. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The tool is extremely powerful. The ability to run simple email campaigns through more complicated branching and split A/B testing is game changing. Better than that is the support. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

I'm not really sure what we would have done without Rejoiner these past 2.5 years as a business. We have leaned heavily on them for their incredibly easy-to-use platform and team of experts. Their team truly feels like an extension of our own. They always get back to us immediately, provide thoughtful and data-driven solutions to our problems, and have built out custom capabilities when we need them. I have learned so much about email as a marketing tool throughout my time working with them, and it has notably helped us grow our business. There's no other team out there like Rejoiner. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There have been some minor features I have shared feedback that I believed would help improve the user experience. An example is adding descriptive labels to provide the definition of Reporting items in their dashboard so that my less familiar colleageus can access our Reporting themselves and have a full understanding of the metrics. However, whenever I've shared suggestions for improvements, the Rejoiner team gets to work and puts these features into dev. We've increased our ability to communicate with our customers and have seen improved revenue as a result. The biggest feature we have unlocked are building out more automated Journeys and segmentations. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner is an overall excellent email marketing platform. The drag and drop email builder, in particular, is quite nice and I actually enjoy using it. It is much more flexible and robust than similar email builders on the market. Working with the Rejoiner team has, similarly, been a great experience. They are quick to respond to questions or new requests and their work has been top-notch across the board. The integration with our eCommerce platform has made it easy to build out a comprehensive email marketing plan with multiple journeys that are fully automated which takes a huge burden off my shoulders. Again, the Rejoiner team was instrumental in making this work and has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. I have used other email marketing platforms including the ever-present HubSpot. While HubSpot might have some additional features that Rejoiner lacks, I can say from experience that Rejoiner is a much more pleasant platform to work with. What do you dislike about Rejoiner?

There's not much to dislike. Rejoiner does was it says on the tin. There are some times where the user interface can be a little sluggish or an email can be slow to load, but those are minor quibbles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We turned to Rejoiner to create a holistic email marketing journey for our customers to drive conversions and repeat business for our eCommerce store. We are still in the process of building some of these emails and journeys out, but I can say with confidence that as an email platform Rejoiner has helped us with customer retention and has had a noticeable and positive impact on our sales. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

Rejoiner helps us to optimize our email channel. Always a vital channel for the business, we needed help to streamline data sources from multiple touch-points into a platform that delivered the complete life-cycle overview. They support strategic and segmented insights, creative execution, and deployment.

Rejoiner's team has helped increase triggered automation, developed tailored strategies for customer segments and provided great-performing email content. There is nothing to note here from the team. There is a time difference based on geography, but this is never an issue; the team is always available and supportive. What do you like best about Rejoiner?

The Rejoiner team takes the time to understand our business metrics and run the email channel like business owners.

Incredibly responsive with lightning-fast turnaround. Always willing to work with feedback. Seasoned strategists who understand the email/digital landscape. Often willing to go out of their way to help us meet our goals, even if it requires custom development or manual workarounds. Always improving their platform. There's not much to dislike about this crew. We have a very high bar for the look, feel, and voice of our email marketing, and sometimes Rejoiner's designers or copywriters don't quite hit the mark on the first try.
