I dislike that I am unable to reset a user, if they later decide that they want to receive alerts again after having unsubscribed. To do this, one must go through the Help Desk. The team we worked with were completely non-responsive. We had to ask repeatedly for information, and then when they did finally respond, instead of answering a simple question, they sent a 10 page document that had to be searched through to find a single sentence. They made promise after promise about when functionality would be ready, the day after the functionality was supposed to be installed, they claimed it was, and we had to demonstrate to them that no, in fact, it was not installed. Any time there was an issue, they claimed not to be able to duplicate it even with screenshots and very clear instructions on how to duplicate the issue.
