I liked that it is easy to use, very intuitive and complete. My business is new so I'm still learning and was a great experience for me.
I like that you have the option to use their templates or create your own referral program.
As a new user, I appreciate the Help Guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have anything to say at the moment :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is wonderfully crafted, and it has allowed me to integrate my CRM on HubSpot into an AI-generated format that will enable me to refer potential clients and customers. Referral programs are rare online. This is one I recommend. As a Life Coach, this is a beneficial platform. If you are looking for a way to gain both referrals and doing so with ease-of-use, this is the platform for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though I enjoyed the experience, there is a lack of insight regarding instructions. In other words, I do know how to use this but do not quite know how to implement it. It seems like it could benefit from a guide or a video format tutorial to showcase how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had a really great experience using Referral Factory! it's easy to use and the user interface makes it quick and easy to build an efficient and effective campaign that also looks great. I can create a campaign genuinely within a few minutes meaning it's easy to implement into my current processes. Most of all, I absolutely love the campaign AI function that automatically generates a custom campaign for you based on the content and branding of your website. It's a real time-saver and makes sure that, when you are short on time or inspiration or simply want to get something out quickly, you can easily generate a campaign that is both on brand and on message. Basically, Referral Factory is easy to use and, for the price, offers users a wide variety of functions and offerings. What's more, the team are polite and helpful, should you require support. It would be great to see a wider variety reward scheme integrations like GiftLogic or Giftbit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is the key factor for me. Easy-to-use templates that are pretty well laid out. Super easy to customize if you feel the need to go that route. Easy drag and drop functionality. Super quick to set up. Really powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to be fair. Meets all my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that Referral Factory was user-friendly and very functional. It's very thought out and has tabs for everything you can think of in terms of referral programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One suggestion I would make is to have a discussion area or an area where you can post challenges for people in the referral program to complete for rewards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-friendly. The AI tool is very intuitive and quick, providing an efficient turaround time on results which are also accurate from what I can see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
But the email referral icon defaults to Outlook in my browser when trying to refer to a direct recipient via email, and I use Gmail. This might be a setting on my side, I'm not sure. More options would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Referral Factory has in its arsenal all the tools needed to create a referral program: from an intuitive drag-and-drop editor for building forms to automatic reward issuance, email notification settings, and detailed analytics. With the help of AI, I managed to create a campaign in a few minutes. You don't need to have developer skills - everything is very easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Despite the option to choose a language when creating a new campaign, it doesn't really affect anything. The AI still creates the campaign in English, and the Terms & Conditions are also in English. Implementing full multilingual support would help to build campaigns even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time saving and convenient - saves me doing odd canva models that resemble 80% of the ones on the market and it actually connects to CRMs and has webhooks. We run a referral programme that requires frequent new models and it's quite nice having an easy go-to product that doesn't need some long integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be brought a little up to date. It's a little clumsy but is pretty good bang for buck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GUI is very good, everything seems to load quite smoothly with no input errors that I can find. The simplistic and bold colouring makes everything stand seperately without it seeming too busy.
setting up referral campaigns is incredibly human, it all blends quite seemlessly and I believe it makes itself quite user friendly even for those that may be less technical people.
I quite like the added templates that specify business types like Agencies or SaaS for example. There are a total of 10 templates at the time of writing this and i believe they make the user experience less confusing with the business model seperation as well as a quick summary and explanation so that users have less of a headache and can understand what would work best for them.
The Dashboard is very disgestible giving you the more important anayltics in a very simplisitic manner.
The added 'Learn' section was a very welcoming tab to have, giving guides and breifings to begineers.
API selection is adequate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not alot to dislike here.
My only suggestions would be overtime adding more API connections and offering a free model to get in more potential paying customers, alot of people may be turned away by the $90/month but that hardly has to do with the software experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I always struggle to get referrals for my jewellery business on time due to the time-consuming process. But with the Referral Factory referral program, it's very easy to send bulk emails and also I can customise each and every element of the referral process. The customer support is very prompt! As of now, I don't find anything that I dislike about the Referral Factory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
