I have always enjoyed the service. Every company has problems sometimes however Redtail is responsive and their customer service is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly cannot think of anything. I had Redtail as my CRM for 10 years and loved them. My BD wanted me to change to another company so I did. Finally i convinced my BD to move back to Redtail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

What I love about Redtail is how it allows myself as an assistant to organize information for my boss, a financial advisor. Being able to manage client information and scheduling so easily and hassle-free is very beneficial to my position as an assistant. What do you dislike about Redtail Technology?

In my 6+ month experience using Redtail, I have not found any obvious downsides to the experience. Everything in the CRM is user-friendly, and whenever I have a question, the Redtail user guides have been helpful in answering questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Redtail solves the problem of implementing all the client information that we come across and allows us to do so in a way that simplifies everything. This benefits me because it makes life easier and gives me a one-stop place when I need something like a client's address or a value from a client's account. the app and the mobile website are not up to par. very slow to load and I can't navigate the mobile website without moving appointments by trying to scroll through the calendar

What do you like best about Redtail Technology?

Endless amount of features, so many features that I doubt any one person could use them all. This gives you good choice. We recently brought on a remote team member and now we use the activities function to assign task to this employee. Its been working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is not the most attractive, could have a little more aesthetic appeal, but function is more important than looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Document storage is good to allow sharing between remote teams.

I love that it have workflow that ensure we complete every necessary steps, convient to add task automatically after log a note, and the best is ability to view everyone's scheudle in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Takes a minute to get used to BUT help is EVERYWHERE..... if you are hesitating adopting Redtail, you are losing out....embrace soon, embrace in-depth and pat yourself on the back later for you have fundamentally changed your business for the good, better, and best.
