Recurly is a relatively stable platform and as a billing management tool that’s crucial. It rarely experiences major issues or complete breakdowns, which gives us confidence that our subscription billing will run smoothly without unexpected disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recurly's support team is responsive, which is great. However, the consistency in their answers can be hit-or-miss. You could be ssking the same question to different reps and get completely different responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- The systems sends reminders to the customers (2-3 weeks in advance) who are on Annual or Monthly Subscription for renewals.
- There are multiple payment gateways that can be integrated for global clients

- Customers sometime complain that they have limited visibility, which can be improved

Recur provides a suite of services that are relevant and helpful to many businesses. This is great for large corporations that have marketing and sales departments. The problem with so many features is that working with them can be confusing for a small team like mine. Even mastering how to use and apply each tool may take time which to our dismay we can never afford. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to navigate! It allows me to track and see all of our customers' transactions quickly and easily! I always open this tool whenever I need to search for the customer's unexplained charges to their accounts since I can truly depend on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
