What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I recently started using Recruit CRM for my recruitment needs and I have been extremely impressed with the product. The software itself is of high quality and offers all the features I need to efficiently manage my hiring process. What's even better is that the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of functionality it provides.

But what really sets Recruit CRM apart is their customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

The customer service at RecruitCRM is incredibly quick, efficient, and they always go above and beyond. The system is easy to use and very customizable.The implmentation process has been quite pleasant. Our talent acquisition team enjoys working in the system and how organized all of their candidates and the process is. The team at RecruitCRM listens to feedback and wants to continuously evolve. The AI features and workflow integrations is the next phase our team will be implementing and we couldn't be more excited! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

Great that most pieces of info are also a link to another page or further info. No need to search around to find what you looking for.

Information is very dynamic allowing you access to the info you want making the layout very user-friendly.

RecruitCRM provides tools customised specifically to our industry, helping us simplify our processes. We had the support of their customer service team at every step of the onboadring process an. The interface is modern and user-friendly and all team members were able to get up and running with it quickly and smoothly.

We are impressed with how agile the platform is, allowing us to tailor it to our workflow, and thus helping us to be more effective, save time and manage candidates better.

The best part of working with RecruitCRM is their customer service. Everyoe we speak with is knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely interested and commited to help us succeed. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I highly reccomend Recruit CRM & ATS for its seamless and user-friendly interface, which allows me to manage candidates, clients and copanies smoothly. The process is streamlined effectively and allows me to organize and keep track of my recruiting activities as well as add new profiles via the Linkedin extension.

The Customer Support has also been terrfic and the team is always available to assist. They are responsive and dedicated to helping small or large issues in a timely manner.

I also want to thank Ishaan who has been my cusomer success representative and has been invaluable in helping me navigate as well as maximize my use of Recruit CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
