Recruit CRM is constantly evolving, growing, actively listening to your feedback with the BEST customer service. We use it daily for managing all of our job orders, sourcing, marketing, and automation. Our account manager, Rutvik, make sure we are always in the know about when new features are being implemented and how we can take full advantage of them. When we started with them they had all the features that were a must have for us but not all the features we wanted for the same price point. After a full year of using Recruit CRM they have all the features we wanted and MORE. Last year when I researched CRMs/ATSs they were more affordable with a lot more potential. That is still the case, as long as you are patient with them their service will go above and beyond your expectations with constant new updates that make your life easier. I recently started using Recruit CRM for my recruitment needs and I have been extremely impressed with the product. The software itself is of high quality and offers all the features I need to efficiently manage my hiring process. What's even better is that the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of functionality it provides.
But what really sets Recruit CRM apart is their customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. The customer service at RecruitCRM is incredibly quick, efficient, and they always go above and beyond. The system is easy to use and very customizable.The implmentation process has been quite pleasant. Our talent acquisition team enjoys working in the system and how organized all of their candidates and the process is. The team at RecruitCRM listens to feedback and wants to continuously evolve. I highly reccomend Recruit CRM & ATS for its seamless and user-friendly interface, which allows me to manage candidates, clients and copanies smoothly. The process is streamlined effectively and allows me to organize and keep track of my recruiting activities as well as add new profiles via the Linkedin extension.
The Customer Support has also been terrfic and the team is always available to assist. They are responsive and dedicated to helping small or large issues in a timely manner.
