What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

Recruit CRM was really easy to setup, took just a few minutes to get started. Their Chrome extension is an absolute gift and saves hours every week.

They have the best customer support team I have ever worked with. They listen to and implement user feedback into the system regularly. They also respond to messages very very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I would like them to update their reporting features to let me create saved reports quickly instead of spending a couple minutes creating a report every time. A few minor bugs also pop up now and then but if you're reading this post, they've already fixed them. I see improvements in the system every week :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a recruiter, I want to spend as little time logging events in the CRM as possible. Thanks to their seamless Linkedin Integration, candidate/contact entity formats, and pipeline management I can store a lot of data, with very little effort. I recently started using Recruit CRM for my recruitment needs and I have been extremely impressed with the product. The software itself is of high quality and offers all the features I need to efficiently manage my hiring process. What's even better is that the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of functionality it provides.

But what really sets Recruit CRM apart is their customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

The customer service at RecruitCRM is incredibly quick, efficient, and they always go above and beyond. The system is easy to use and very customizable.The implmentation process has been quite pleasant. Our talent acquisition team enjoys working in the system and how organized all of their candidates and the process is. The team at RecruitCRM listens to feedback and wants to continuously evolve. We now can talk to a live person and get our questions solved in under 2 minutes. We are able to tag our candidates to help with the tracking process and searching within the system. Great that most pieces of info are also a link to another page or further info. No need to search around to find what you looking for.

Information is very dynamic allowing you access to the info you want making the layout very user-friendly.

Having a place to store all notes and docs connected to a specific person or company just keeps information nicely organized and easily accessible for everyone in the business to find.

RecruitCRM provides tools customised specifically to our industry, helping us simplify our processes. We had the support of their customer service team at every step of the onboadring process an. The interface is modern and user-friendly and all team members were able to get up and running with it quickly and smoothly.

We are impressed with how agile the platform is, allowing us to tailor it to our workflow, and thus helping us to be more effective, save time and manage candidates better.

What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I highly reccomend Recruit CRM & ATS for its seamless and user-friendly interface, which allows me to manage candidates, clients and copanies smoothly. The process is streamlined effectively and allows me to organize and keep track of my recruiting activities as well as add new profiles via the Linkedin extension.

The Customer Support has also been terrfic and the team is always available to assist. They are responsive and dedicated to helping small or large issues in a timely manner.

Firstly it allows me to streamline the candidate, client and company management process, allowing me to easily keep track of all relevant information. This has been a significant time saver compared to the requirement to manually input each data of a candidate, client or organization.

The Customer Support has been another area that has been essential to helping troubleshoot any form of isses with the recruitment process and the best practices shared by the Recruit CRM team have allowed me to ensure I can overcome the obstacles relatively quickly.
