The simplicity to start using the tool, configure your Google calendars and set up the privacy between your professional world and personal chores. It is the best tool to sync your calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The poor integration with other calendars but it isn't its mistake; Microsoft never did anything easy, but the project is growing, so I hope we will have the same experience with Google also in Outlook calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you've set up your habits, Reclaim.ai will be a lifesaver!
I'm a recruiter and before using Reclaim.ai it happened fairly often that I missed a lunch break or a personal event at the end of the day cause I didn't block the time in my calendar and a candidate booked the slot.
With reclaim.ai I have specific time slots dedicated to lunch breaks, sports sessions, personal time as well as focus time to work on projects. Reclaim.ai adapts my agenda based on these dedicated slots and the meetings that people book on my agenda. I'm sure never to miss any of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main feature I use on Reclaim.ai is Habits. I have to say it's not that easy to set up at first. I found that a bit more guidance would be of tremendous help.
Giving examples of set-up, explaining in more detail the difference between most and more defensive etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reclaim is a game changer for keeping me on track in my day-to-day. It integrates with Google Calendar and other tools like Fellow so easily. I use it every single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it difficult to lock certain habits in at specific times each day. I also haven't been able to set recurring monthly habits based on day of the month (i.e. setting a task for the 1st of each month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Reclaim AI for a while now, and I must say, it has revolutionized the way I manage my time and tasks. The app's user-friendly Slack interface and ingenious features have made it an indispensable tool in my daily routine.
When I initially started using Reclaim, I was drawn to its basic yet incredibly effective color coding feature for Google Calendar. The ability to automatically color code events based on predefined rules added a visual layer of organization to my calendar, making it easier to decipher my schedule at a glance. It's a small detail, but it made a world of difference in keeping my days on track.
However, what truly amazed me was Reclaim's approach to task management. Gone are the days of spending precious minutes searching for the right time slot in my jam-packed calendar to fit in a task. With Reclaim, I can effortlessly add tasks directly into the app without the headache of scheduling. The app intelligently blocks out time for me, allowing me to focus on my tasks without worrying about the nitty-gritty of calendar management.
One of the standout features for me has been the flexibility Reclaim offers. It understands the ebb and flow of a busy workday and ensures that my schedule remains free and adaptable whenever possible. This has been a game-changer in my productivity journey, as I can seamlessly shift between tasks and impromptu meetings without feeling overwhelmed.
Speaking of meetings, Reclaim's meeting link feature has been a godsend. It eliminates the tedious back-and-forth process of scheduling meetings with external parties. Now, I can effortlessly share my availability, and they can choose a slot that suits them. This has not only saved me time but has also streamlined communication, making collaboration smoother than ever.
One aspect I deeply appreciate about Reclaim is its ability to harmonize my professional and private life. The app takes into account my personal calendar events, preventing any clashes between work commitments and personal engagements. This consideration for both spheres of my life showcases the thoughtfulness behind the app's design.
In conclusion, Reclaim AI has transformed the way I approach time management and task prioritization. Its intuitive features, from color coding to intelligent scheduling, have made my days more organized and efficient. The app's commitment to adapting to the unpredictability of a bustling schedule is commendable, and the meeting link feature is a stroke of genius. If you're seeking a tool that not only optimizes your work hours but also respects your personal time, look no further than Reclaim AI. It's a must-have for anyone aiming to reclaim control over their calendar and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Reclaim AI undoubtedly offers a multitude of benefits, no app is without its quirks. After using Reclaim for a while, I've noticed a couple of areas that could use some improvement:
1. **Slack Integration Delays:** One minor inconvenience I've encountered is the occasional delay when using the Slack integration feature. There have been instances where it takes a few seconds longer than expected for Reclaim to respond within Slack. While this delay is usually not substantial, it can become slightly frustrating when you're looking for quick interactions and seamless integration.
2. **Limited Meeting Link Customization:** Another area where Reclaim could enhance the user experience is by allowing customization of the meeting link appearance. Currently, the meeting link generated includes the URL, which is functional but lacks a bit of professionalism. It would be great if Reclaim offered the option to customize the link's appearance, perhaps replacing the URL with a more user-friendly label like "Schedule a Meeting Here." This small touch would give the links a more polished and user-centric feel.
Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks when compared to the comprehensive benefits that Reclaim AI provides. Nonetheless, addressing these issues could further refine the user experience and contribute to making Reclaim even more seamless and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started using Reclaim to sync my work calendar with my family calendar.I found that juggling these two worlds became increasingly difficult, increasingly so as my two kids progressed through middle school. This feature alone was game-changing for my work-life balance.
Next, I started using reminders to automatically book time to do the things that I would like to be doing regularly, but seemed to never find the time before. I tend towards dropping all the things that benefit me personally, especially when I'm busy. Reclaim made me have a more balanced life.
More recently, I started using Reclaim to schedule 1:1's with my team. In the past, I felt that I never had time to do these on a regular cadence. Having a different, busy schedule every day made 1:1's one of the first things I dropped. Managing scheduling conflicts was something that seemed to take a disproportionate amount of my time, and this made me less likely to try, or I would aim for a less frequent cadence. Reclaim's 1:1 scheduler has made it possible to stay more in touch with my team, without all the manual calendar juggling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not everyone uses Reclaim. The 1:1 scheduling works better when everyone links it with their own calendar. If they don't, they need to manually be managing the schedule changes via email and that doesn't always work great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Takes the manual headache of moving my calendar around and adjusting my priorities. It can take my habits, tasks, meetings - schedule them all on my calendar in a time blocked fashion, and move things around them when priorities shift and when unplanned stuff comes up? Everything it does it does well. I wish there were some smarter features around travel time, as well as some other meeting booking options with more than 2 people in a meeting. I'd love full team wide meetings as well as meetings with multiple external attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the most helpful thing about Reclaim is the main function of reorganizing your schedule to fit everything in within your work/personal hours. I find myself stressed when I just have a list of "to-dos" to get done and no idea when and how I will get it all done. Once I implement Reclaim and get it all imputed into the calendar it schedules it all for the best way on my schedule....I feel so relieved and like a weight has lifted off my shoulders. It's like my own little personal assistant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I would like to see in Reclaim, and maybe I just need to research to see if it is a thing is the ability to change your work/personal hours on specific days. For example, I am getting married this year, and I would like to have the option to just change my personal/work hours for the week of the wedding so I can have it plan out everything I need to do before the wedding. Just an idea, but overall... I really have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigating the fast-paced world of a VC-funded startup as its CEO comes with its unique set of challenges, especially when it comes to managing time. Amidst investor meetings, team & customer check-ins, product strategy, and the myriad other tasks that pop up, Reclaim.ai has become an indispensable tool in my arsenal. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience:
Integration and Setup: In a startup environment, every minute counts. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could integrate Reclaim.ai with my existing calendars. Whether it was Google Calendar or Outlook, the platform melded seamlessly. The initial setup was intuitive, saving me precious time and effort.
Intelligent Scheduling for a CEO's Demands: My schedule is often unpredictable, with last-minute investor calls or urgent team meetings. Reclaim.ai's intelligent scheduling understands this. I can input a task, denote its urgency, and the system strategically finds an optimal time slot, considering my day's priorities.
Habit Scheduling for Work-Life Balance: Leading a startup doesn't mean sidelining personal well-being. Reclaim.ai's habit scheduling allowed me to consistently block out time for personal activities, be it a quick workout, daily reflection, or even those invaluable moments of downtime. This feature underscores the importance of a balanced life, even in the midst of startup chaos.
Dynamic Adjustments for the Unpredictable: In the startup realm, days rarely go as planned. Whether it's an unexpected pitch or a product hiccup, Reclaim.ai's ability to dynamically adjust my schedule ensures I can pivot without dropping the ball on other commitments. It's akin to having a personal assistant who's always two steps ahead.
Tool Integrations for Seamless Workflow: Our startup, like many, relies on tools like Zoom and Slack. Reclaim.ai's integration with these platforms means I don't miss a beat. A Zoom link embedded in a task or a Slack reminder about an upcoming strategy session ensures I'm always in the loop.
Privacy and Control: As a CEO, data privacy is paramount. Reclaim.ai strikes a balance between automation and discretion. While it offers intelligent suggestions, the final decision always rests with me. It's reassuring to know it doesn't overstep or access more data than necessary.
In conclusion, as with every startup Co-Founder, the demands on my time are immense. Reclaim.ai doesn't just help me manage my schedule; it understands the intricacies and unpredictabilities of startup life. It's more than a tool; it's a strategic partner in time management. One area where it could improve is its learning curve for more advanced functionalities. Initially, while the basic features were straightforward, diving deeper into the platform's more powerful scheduling options and customizations required a bit more time and patience than I anticipated. A more guided tutorial or user-friendly documentation for these advanced features would benefit users who want to harness the platform's full potential immediately. Where do I start? Calendar defence helps me really see where I am not honoring my own needs/boundaries when it comes to work. It so easy to override lunch/meditation/decompression etc when its not on my calendar, but it also reprioritizes things based on priority which is great. I also LOVE the scheduling links - the fact that clients can link their google calendar to show only the slots that fit across both of us is amazing, plus it allow me to speed up when I'm booking calls more manually too. I also love how it integrates multiple calendars (personal/business/etc) so that nothing is missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, they take feedback seriously. I'm now only waiting for customized questions for calendar scheduler so that when clients book in with me, I know what they're seeking, and where to start with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reclaim manages my 1:1s with a 10 person team requiring different check-in frequencies around a variable schedule, which I would not be able to manage without. It also defends my time so I am able to get my other work done. They recently brought in prioritization of all events, which has been a gamechanger for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My less tech savvy colleagues have been slower to adopt Reclaim, but their support team gave me team a customized onboarding that has helped them overcome any barriers to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
