I love using Reclaim on a daily basis. I am able to build a recurring meetings, appointments, and tasks easily into my calendar while managing the constant changing needs of my schedule without needing interaction.

The set up was incredibly easy. Reclaim recognized all my existing meetings and set new meetings that adjusted based on my availability. I was able to set up my personal and work calendars seamlessly, managing both personal and work commitments through Reclaims platform. Using intregrations with tasks, I was able to prioritze my work and block off time to focus on urgent things, knowing my calendar was adjusted without effort on my part.

The Reclaim team is incredibly helpful and responsive. They were able to work with my InfoSec team so we could get the product set up for internal use (we are in healthcare, compliance is top of mind) within a week of certification. Amazing!

I don't think of this as a downside. You need to actively manage how it looks at events and prioritizes your day. Theres a little learning curve to understand how it moves/adjusts calendar meetings based on priorities, settings, hours, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The smart meetings are not great. I don't think the technology is there yet. I tried to use them and then the recipients got TONS of invites and cancellations. I think this feature should be tested/enhanced a bit more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love its integration feature with Asana. When I am creating tasks, either from email or Slack, it will allow me to schedule the time in Reclaim.ai Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you passed the learning curves and adapted it to your needs, this is a great tool for time blocking. I can just jot my tasks, give them a prio and a estimated time and the tool does the rest. It's like to have a personal assistant for a little cost !

Some tasks that are past the deadline are getting way too far in the schedule, instead of being passed to critical for example. So if you miss a deadline, you'll probably not see the task on your schedule anymore (which is dangerous) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it integrates my 5 calendars. That it builds in travel. I wish it built in travel bassed on travel time and distance. Tasks is AMAZING!!

I wish Tasks had an easier reschedual button. For example I needed to get groceries and it schedualed a task and there wasn't an easy way to tell it reschedual while on the go away from a computer.

I wish the travel time was adjusted based on locations.

I wish there was a way I could tell it where I will be during times of the day withought it being an "event" that plugs up my availability. OR if I could share my location with the AI and it would learn if I am in a X circle I am at home, or if I am over there I am at Church and so on. That would be amazing.

I also struggle with sleep. HAve you ever looked into Whoop? Some kind of future integration of health or scaling when I should go to sleep would be amazing and you could double or tripple my monthly for Whoop integration and I'd pay it no questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After 15 years of trying different tools to manage your calender, I finnally found a tool that does it right.

It was so easy to use and cost effective, I had initially tried creating zaps in Zapier to do this and it was so complicated and I couldn't get it to work 100% the way I wanted to. With Relcaim I was able to connect all 6 calendars I have to manage and it instantly reduced my stress level. It made sure all my calendars worked and I didn't get double booked! This app really addresses a clear need for me. I need to block time on my calendar for work, and i need to move a dozen other little boxes around to do it. Reclaim handles all the adjusting for me. And when i have new tasks, I dont really want to put those on the calendar myself. I want the robots to schedule my tasks for me. I have multiple projects, recurring tasks, and very limited hours every other week because of parenting. But Reclaim.AI allows me to set up schedules that take those things into account, adjust according to what I finish early or need more time for, and make room for my appointments for my business.
