It's very easy to use. Our AE Team & prospects have had great conversations around the next steps and the AEs feel like they are better connected to the deals now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, it's a solid tool so far. At first, the team was a little hesitant on how to have this conversation with the clients but after a few role-plays the team now has a solid talk track and is getting great engagement in Recapped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Layouts are intuitive, and adding content is extremely easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the activity tracking isn't great. Would like to see connection with OKTA and with Linkedin SalesNav. Mobile app would be a terrific addition Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recapped keeps my prospects more engaged in the sales process and makes for a much easier and more organized sales cycle. The next steps feature and the reminders to prospects make it extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When using other software within recapped for example gong.....anytime someone opens the space it pings views on that other software. If there was a way to prevent this it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool helps each of our reps physically adhere to our sales process (consistently) all while empowering a true "collaborative" evaluation process with our prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only flaw is not having customer variables that auto import customer info.. but I'm told this is on the short term roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rec-capped has been a great tool for organizing our opportunities and aligning with customers on next steps. It's great to collaborate with customers on the fly, and share with our extended team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish some of the data and fields we integrated with clari / sfdc, some of the other tools we're using, so it wasn't a standalone data set. This makes for some additional admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use and the ability to get everyone to access the workspace easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far! Everything has been working as expected and has been very useful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recapped is a super simple & intuitive MAP solution that is built from a sales perspective. As a result, we have seen adoption throughout the sale process to other departments like pre-sales, implementation & CS. Recapped delivers on the core challenge of deeper qualification & improving close rate efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recapped has rolled out a ton of features over the last 12 months and we look forward to many more to come. As with any solution, it is constantly evolving. We look forward to working with the Recapped to continue to improve & iterate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the seamless ability to share and access Recapped across organizations. Being in a position that works with a lot of internal resources, external partners and, of course, customers, it is incredibly helpful and productive to have a central repository for information that is helpful to all parties involved. I would like to know the identity of an individual that accesses the folder (instead of "Someone"), but who it hasn't been shared with already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two major elements that I love about using Recapped. One is that it gives me a way to map out my entire account in a way that's concise and easy to understand. In my industry the sales cycle is 6 months minimum so it can be hard to keep track of every conversation and email, but with Recapped I'm able to map out the important players, the status of the program, current goals/challenges and keep track of steps we have taken in the project thus far. Not only is this valuable for me, but the other part I love about it is it's a way for the prospect to easily access all of the same information. This ensures that we are on the same page and I have actually had prospects use what we have developed in Recapped for their business justification for leadership. There are plenty more ways this tool can come in handy but those are the top items for me. After using it for about 6 months I can't imagine doing this job without it. There are a few little things that I would like improved, but nothing major. When I upload an image of the logo for the prospect's company it often displays smaller than I would like. It would also be nice if the message box when leaving a comment was a little bigger. If I write a long message I have to scroll a lot to review it and the scrolling is pretty sensitive. Not a huge deal but a small improvement there would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a no-code website-looking portal development tool to me. I like how easy it is to use and there is almost every kind of content format available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Three things:
1. There are no multiple uploads for pictures and files from the desktop which adds a lot of steps for UX when you have more than 1 file/picture to upload.
2. Recently, I created a proposal page for my client on Recapped, I realized that the table format is very inadequate for adding detailed contents such as a "list of services to be delivered". That is why I created my table in excel and got snapshots and added them as pictures in Recapped.
3. There is no formatting for the pictures posted within text areas, I cannot move them. Also, there is no formatting option for the tables which causes them to look a bit unprofessional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
