Recapped allows me, my team, and my clients to view what we are working on. I can also see who views the shared workspace and how the client has interacted with my information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still a novice, but I'd like a better salesforce connection and the ability to customize the look of the shared workspace. Right now the layout is very basic and would be livened up with some color or the ability to add a background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recaped gives us a great way to organize the sales process. We're 2/2 on deals, winning both since we started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is relatively simple but that's also what I love about it. Other tools were overbuilt. Recapped is focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the different elements you can pull into the templates like videos, action items, summaries, etc. really help us to communicate everything we need to with our clients. We have a set process in place that can be hard to wrap your head around at first. This tool helps us break every step down and add in additional content to help educate our clients. The other great thing is the assigning tool with reminders. That will help us keep our clients on track vs having to do all the reminders manually which always takes up more time in the day than it should and this tool frees up so much time for my colleagues and I. I wish the plan allowed for more licenses, we have a lot of internal folks that touch one account. It would be nice to have them be able to edit pieces vs going through one person that has full access. Also, when those people with access are out of the office, it can slow down any changes or updates needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Recapped not for the typical use case...we actually use it to collaborate with clients on extended projects and as an internal dynamic to do list. It helps us quickly see everything that needs to be done right now and keep things on track with notifications, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drawback is around the fact that the to do lists aren't robust enough yet. Hopefully this is coming soon but there are no threads or timestamps on tasks in a checklist meaning we have to go into other tools like Coda or Slack to do the actual collaboration. My advice to the team - add threads with time stamps with comments that can be subassigned to different team members Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is very intuitive. It organizes notes and win plans in a way that is more clean and logical then other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A big value - having a tool to collaborate with prospective customers on - is dependent on their organization's ability to use new third party tools that may not be approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recapped is awesome! It's easy for customers to view documents, edit goals, and get approval. This is a process I did in excel/word in the past but the UI and simplicity is really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think some parts are not intuitive to add. It would be a really helpful product add to be able to tag people in comments and such too. Lastly, maybe having updates on the first page of things falling behind could improve efficiency since the email notifications can get busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that recapped.io gives me a simple way to share resources with my customers while giving them ownership and input into our mutual plan. It's a big improvement over using something like Google sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only part of the platform I think could use work is the ability to edit fonts. I spend time exporting and reimporting text blocks to edit text types, and I would prefer not to have to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recapped has been great in implementation by providing a roadmap of everything they need to do. It is a clear concise way to make sure everything is completed in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overview view could look a little more modern. The UI is okay, but could look a lot smoother and up to date. Sometimes you have to scroll down pretty far, could have an index or shorter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having a single space to consolidate information and educate multiple prospect stakeholders consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overall design leaves a bit to be desired versus competitive offerings. Additionally, there are some limitations on types of uploadable content and formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use. Makes it incredibly easy to follow the sales methodologies we use and helped me with my AE's actually following the framework. My clients love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints, it's a solid tool! Was hesitant how my buyers would adopt this tool during the sale process but they love being involved in the process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
