Recapped has streamlined our customer onboarding process tremendously. Having everything in one place and being able to communicate within Recapped has saved us time, money, and a lot of headaches. It helps us stay on track and focus on what is essential.

I love the visibility you have into who's viewed the mutual action plan from the client side, what they viewed, etc. It's also really helpful to be able to be able to hide certain parts of the plan from the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I was able to speak to the client about what sort of experience they can expect (from first interaction) from Recapped. The goal would be to prepare them as much as possible and ultimately make it seem as seamless and as easy and light of a lift on their end as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recapped made it easier for me to share information with prospective customers. On demand content to help accelerate sales cycles and avoid utilizing expensive resources was very helpful. I also used the solution to track the progress on my sales cycles with a project plan. Beyond that, the imbedded analystics were great for determining who was looking at what and for how long. There was not much that I didnt like and the areas which could use some improvement seem to have R&D being focused on them. Collaboration with stakeholders engaging with the product is one area that could use some added functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didnt' use it much frankly but when I did, I liked the intuitiveness, ability to add mutiple types of content and collaborate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not come across any dislikes, it has been easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Being able to start with a template and customize it as needed is a big benefit.

2. The Next Steps feature is a great way to make sure all parties are on the same page.

3. Salesforce integration is powerful as SFDC is our system of record.

4. Being able to see when a customer logs on and looks at documents is extremely powerful as it shows interest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Sharing any sort of documents that require collaboration is very difficult. While I can add documents, customers are forced to update any changes in a different location (associated with a Next Step).

2. Security is a big concern and has prevented a couple of customers from using it. Requiring a name is helpful, but there's nothing to stop someone from making up a name and jointing, and just relying on keeping a link hidden often isn't enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very helpful for keeping the timing of deals progressing. By sharing the expectations in recapped, prospects know when how to get their items completed to continue evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall i dont dislike anythung. The only challenge i have had is with adoption from propects, but by pulling up recapped on calls they can see the expectations and agree to the m verbally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are too many things to name here

1. The organization it provides to my sales process - Next Steps, Resources

2. Automation it provides: I can easily create re-usable templates, hide items I don't want customers to see until later in the cycle, and automated reminders for customers to do certain items

3. Data it provides: I know whenever someone looks at it, what they looked at, if they downloaded one of my resources, etc.

4. Ease of Use

5. Personalization capabilities for each customer

6. The support they provide

7. Value it provides to customers - It helps customers drive internal syncs without me needing to be there

8. Time Saved - Recapped saves me so much time in so many areas of my sale cycle

My only "dislikes" which I know their team is working on are the following:

- that I wish customers could edit/add text right in their software. So that it created a more collaborative experience. Right now the workaround is putting links to google docs into my plans

- Search functionality when looking through existing templates doesn't work very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
