I love the ease in adding tasks, being able to hide completed and internal notes or tasks, I love the ability to add files directly to the task, customers tend to think it is an easy platform to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allow owner or other Second Nature (internal) people who the Recapped has been shared with to mark tasks complete using the checkbox regardless of who it is assigned to. I would like to only see the Recapped I am a part of rather than all Second Nature Recapped files. This makes sorting so much easier when I am not the owner. Recapped is one of the best softwares to keep up with deals that I've been fortunate enough to use. The interface is easy to navigate for my clients, which is key. it also takes care of nudging clients in the right direction as far as sticking to timelines. As my business grew and became more complex, my need for organization grew with it.

I wanted a place to put every single thing my partner needed to know in one place. I wanted to display clear expectations to my partners, clearly list pricing, and what subscription they had, show timelines, list key players and contact details, have all their links and guides in one place and have a collaborative place where my partners could upload documents and leave comments.

This had it all and is so easy to use. I did not have to watch a single video to show me how to use it - completely intuitive and simple.

Thank you!! This will save a lot of time in back forward emails when someone is trying to find their links or contract or simple questions about their next action steps.
