Before recapped I was sending my prospects a HUGE, very long email. Sometimes i had to send multiple emails, which can get confusing, due to size restrictions on attachments. I love with recapped, I can send my prospects everything they need and it is all in one place. I love being able to include everything for them in one easy to access link! What I like best is how you can decide line by line what to share externally or internally. This way you can have one document to manage your Enterprise clients mutual action and account plans. Additionally the UI is exceptionally easy so adoption was seamless and with Salesforce integration and a proactive product development team I chose it over Quip. The Recapped checklist is a clearinghouse for information, allowing me to input multiple links for documents, questionnaires, etc. and giving my clients easy access to everything. All of the stuff in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's definitely a work in progress. Adding links is clunky, the size of the screen dictates whether or not you can actually use the comments or date setting buttons in the checklist, the grey bar at the bottom limits access to checklist creation on the editing side, .png, .jpg, .zip files (etc) in the comments section are not always viewable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It visualizes our sales and onboarding process. We get a complete, transparent view into where we are, what's next, who is doing it, when. Our clients like the platform and it is clean and simple for them to use. Our team's adoption took less than 30 days, which was a first-ever. Recapped's service is great. Most importantly, we saw shortened sales cycles, less ghosting, and a double-digit increase in onboarding success. Recapped.io has been a breathe of fresh air to use for onboarding new clients. I can't believe the old way we used to do things. Since using Recapped.io it has increased our client engagement during onboard to another level and we have been setting company records month over month since we found this gem of a platform.

Our clients love using it and we have not heard one single complaint. The Saleforce integration has been a bright spot as we can now access the clients exact Recapped page right from our Salesforce opportunity. Recapped is a fantastic tool for making mutual plans scalable (build one and re-using the same core elements for future clientele in the same vertical/industry) & interactive, in that your clients can see it on a web page too and complete tasks, etc. So much better than creating these manually in word each time and emailing them over.
