We had been using betterproposals but heard a lot of chatter on this and ever since we dove straight in. The features and capabilities for proposals are way better and will continue to get better I am certain with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it continues to randomly delete texts when trying to edit the document even outside of present mode. It hasnt just happened to me and I have reported it but the problem persists and means I always need a google doc with all the content as a safeguard which seems counterintuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recapped is such a beneficial tool particularly for myself as an Account Manager to provide visibility to our clients, organise the next steps each stakeholder need to take in order to move forward with the onboarding plan. We also use it for our current clients post-onboarding to show which tasks / developments are to come. It is very intuitive and user friendly and even though we have been using it for a short period of time, it is clearly the tool we have been needing not only for us, the team, but also for our clients. I really like that you can have steps hidden from clients so that you clearly see which internal steps we need to complete before moving forward which each part of the plan. 100% positive feedback about the team at Recapped as well, they are very supportive and our onboarding was super quick! 1. Success plans have a clean design, which helps keep customers focused on the content.
2. Template make replicating complex proposals easy.
3. Checklists and task reminders help my team (who does not use project management tools well) keep their promises with prospect and customers.
4. Displays notifications when a prospect views their success plans. Helps us gauge engagement. Especially helpful when a prospect "goes silent" but we can see indications that they're reviewing the proposal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Email task reminders and "view" notifications are great, but pile up in my inbox. They often get lost or ignored. Would love a Slack integration that pings the internal team when a task is due or an account views the project.

What I really like about Recapped.io is that it's a platform where you can focus all your interactions on a single page created with the help of the multiple templates created and proposed by the Recapped.io team. It's also possible to create our own template, adding logo, background image, etc.
It is no longer necessary to send multiple emails that we are not sure will not end up in spam to contact our customers. All discussions are gathered, in real time, and customer interactions are therefore faster and more dynamic.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, Recapped.io offers many tools to help us share content with customers (invoices, documents, etc.), and the team regularly updates its service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
