What do you like best about Reach?
The Reach portal to view payments isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done. You have a lot of information available to you about the transaction and its history. The account managers are fast to respond to emails and are willing to work to get you to join them (aka get aggressive with pricing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Reach?
Reach recently updated their portal that merchants use to manage chargebacks on transactions where reach was the payment provider before you were able to log in and see all open disputes and their statuses and reply with any relevant info. Now, everything is sent only through email chains, so you have to try and keep the threads organized with the rest of your daily emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
