You keep your existing platform (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and your high-converting checkout, while we assume the risk. No redirects, no replatforming, and no need to set up local entities. Great unless you manage Chargebacks **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Reach?** The Reach portal to view payments isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done. You have a lot of information available to you about the transaction and its history. The account managers are fast to respond to emails and are willing to work to get you to join them (aka get aggressive with pricing) **What do you dislike about Reach?** Reach recently updated their portal that merchants use to manage chargebacks on transactions where reach was the payment provider before you were able to log in and see all open disputes and their statuses and reply with any relevant info. Now, everything is sent only through email chains, so you have to try and keep the threads organized with the rest of your daily emails. **Recommendations to others considering Reach:** just be prepared to try and mange the chargebacks **What problems is Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?** we needed a payment provider for international payments and reach supports most currencies and has aggressive pricing compared to Shopify Payments or other providers. ### 2.
