I love that Rater8 has grown my physicians' online reputation by triple. It is easy to use and easy to track success. The Rater8 customer service is phenomenal. I work directly with Mikala, Madison, and Phil; they are always timely and helpful. I also love that they are there when I need them but never blowing up my email. I had to think about this, and the one thing that would be nice is if they had a closer relationship with Google among other major listings.
