**What do you like best about rater8?**

rater8 is that rare company that delivers above and beyond what they promise.  There are a few amazing companies - Stave Puzzles, Queensboro, pMD, and rater8 come to mind - on a very short list of companies that: 1) have talented, dependable and friendly employees across-the-board; 2) consistently deliver an exceptional product; 3)  make the ideas you bring to the table even better; and 4) always seem to be one step ahead of others.  rater8 wins when I win.  They are happy when I am happy.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

I have worked with rater8 for several years with different companies.  There is not a single thing I dislike about rater8.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

rater8 is exceptional at generating customer feedback.  Their products are customizable and intuitive, giving us a tool for generating online reviews on different sites (e.g., Google, Healthgrades, etc.) and then shifting where reviews go quite easily.

Getting established with Rater 8 was so easy, and the reports and data is so easy to get at, use and make sense of. The ability to benchmark with other like groups and/or all physician groups is amazing.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

I honestly cannot think of a downside. I have no reservations about referring rate 8 to a colleague.

Boosting Google Reviews. 
Comparing physicians with the group is so easy and objective.

Rater8 has been so helpful to our practice. Madison is excellent, and the best part! She always takes the time to explain everything in as much detail as we need to understand all the benefits we get through Rater8 thoroughly. Our providers always receive great feedback on their reviews and presence on google/vitals/webmd.

Has been a great process, and do not have any dislikes so far.

Rater8 has helped build our patient engagement and presence. It also allows us to perform internal surveys, which help management identify any areas of improvement needed. We also use the comments to send to staff to help build morale.

Having all the reviews in one dashboard with easy responding is a huge time-saver. Combined with the massive increase in review generation, this has been one of the best investments our team has made.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

I honestly only with they offered more services. If they offered listing builder (take our data and optimize our listings, manage them for changes suggested by the community, manage for duplicates, etc), or online scheduling (they already integrate with our EMR), I would move these features to them in a heartbeat. That is how much I trust Rater8.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Genereting Reviews and internal survey responses. We use Rater8 for both building our online reputation through reviews, but also to dig a little deeper into our patient's experience and learn more ways to improve.

Prior to using Rater8, our online scores were not impressive.  They were not reflective of the service I know we provide. Rater8 has given us a well-thought-out, organized system to utilize with our patients to capture all the positive comments and scores.    We now have an overall 4.9 and couldn't be happier.

I do not see any downsides to using their services.

The rater8 team has been easy and professional to work with. We use them for a number of clients' reputation management and have seen incredible results in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

So many emails, especially when you file an IT ticket! :) But I know they're just trying to be good communicators.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients' Google scores were low and/or they didn't have many reviews. We needed someone to request patient reviews and get those scores up. Rater8 did just that.

Rater8 is more than just a review platform. They are an educated and fine-tuned software company that is able to target areas of needed improvement and address them with surgical precision. They transform company profiles and your online presence to the envy of their competitors. Their product doesn't just work well, it actually delivers. Their educated employees help consumers like us make smart choices and guide you on how to achieve our desired results. 

Their analytics and reporting allow you to actively track progress with a flexibility that can be as granular or as big picture as you would like.  There is a notable difference between utilizing them and not, and for us we can't see going back. We can't recommend them enough.

We do not have any complaints regarding Rater8.

Rater8 helps our online reviews by providing an easier way for our patients/clients to post their positive experiences online and share those stories to all of the different websites such as Google, HealthGrades, Vitals, WebMD, and Facebook.

Rater8 is more than the sum of its parts.  Not only do they have a fantastic product, but also a brilliant and friendly staff that makes working with them a pleasure.    

Our representative, Madison, is the face and embodiment of rater8.  She provides excellent customer service by listening to us, letting us know about the wonderful updates,  giving her insightful recommendations and customizing the product to our needs.  Besides this, she is personable, which makes the conferences a pleasure.  

The product successfully gives us a thorough understanding of the satisfaction of our patient base.  Utilizing the platform, we easily track the reviews over time to clearly understand where we do well and where we can improve.  We also use the graphs they provide to see trends quickly.

I have found nothing to dislike about this product.

The team at Rater8 are very responsive. They are also proactive and provide their input/recommendations to boost reputation online. I never have to worry that things are not getting done. I also love the new features they are constantly coming out with to enhance user & patient experience.

I cannot think of any dislikes/issues I've had during this relationship over the last 4.5 years working with Rater8.

The review generation is everything and more than what they explain during your initial meetings. We increased our total reviews by 2000 in our first year, with only 5% coming in under three stars. On top of the great results, the customer support provided by Rater8 is second to none!

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

The only downside is a good problem; you will be responsible for responding to a ridiculous amount of reviews if you choose to reply to them! We have no other dislikes about rater8.

An increased volume of positive reviews has a huge benefit to our GMB profiles and GMB list ranking.

The entire process with Rater8 has not only been easy, but the results have been great. Madison is so thorough and always makes sure we are reevaluating out settings to get the most from our account. The platform makes it so easy to track the reviews over time so you can see the benefits of Rater8 very clearly. Highly recommend.

We love the reports and graphs that Rater8 provides. We are working with them to see if we can get a monthly email with our practice-wide numbers to stay on top of it.

We ditched a larger company that was still sending long surveys via US Mail to our patients.  Rater8 not only automates everything, using modern technology to communicate but captures internal survey data along with increasing reviews on the most popular websites.  Our online scores went up, and we have better data to track our performance.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

Nothing, everything they do is spot on.  The only possible complaint is that their password requirements are longer than my bank, and for some reason Chrome wont save it, so I have to type it in each time.

They are nimble enough to listen to their customers and will make recommended changes or tweaks based on feedback.

Love the ability to collect data from multiple sources and combine into a single repository.  I also love the concept of 'verified' - only actual patients can leave a review on RATER8. I think it's super important for the review process to be easy and not too time-consuming.

Hoping for additional improvements to display and promote via widgets. Rater8 has made significant enhancements.

Rater 8's platform works great in requesting reviews from our patients.  We've noticed a drastic increase across the board in our Google, Healthgrades, and Vital reviews.  I certainly appreciate how responsive their staff is, answering any questions I may have about generating reports.

I'm not sure I can specifically pinpoint anything that I dislike about Rater 8 or the services they provide. We're overall very happy with the service they provide on every level

Generating Google, Healthgrades, and Vital reviews from patients that see our providers.  We've noticed better search engine placement when patients are searching for our practice, which serves as an extension of our marketing.

Rater8 and, more specifically, Austin are both fantastic. The software does what I need and provides real-time information in easily formed reporting. But a lot of software does what you need them to. I am most impressed with the level of support and service I receive. Austin meets with me, and we review goals and benchmarks quarterly, and they are always quick to help resolve any issues/concerns I have during the months I am not meeting with Austin. 100% satisfied with this service and software.

If there was one thing, I wish I could stop a link from going out.

I recommend speaking with the Rater8 team about your goals. We have sued them for several years and are leading our area in reviews.

We've been using rater8 for several years and it's been phenomenal.  rater8 is user-friendly and their customer service is outstanding.  My account manager and rater8’s support team are quick to respond to any questions we have.  We've seen a significant increase in our online presence and reputation since implementing rater8 across all review sites like Google, Healthgrades, WebMD, and Vitals.

I haven't had any negative experiences with rater8 so far.  They are always available to help and they're constantly implementing new features that are beneficial to our practice.

Rater8 gave me an early "win" in managing the reputation of the practice.  Like most businesses, the people that vent on the review sites are the unhappy ones.  Rater8 gave our happy customers a place to express themselves.  Not only is it great for our online reputation, but we let staff know how well they are doing.

I can't really think of anything.  The support team is awesome.  They are the trifecta of great service, great technology, and solid results.

One of the best Survey Platforms on the market in the USA.  Rater 8 has been an assisting asset in retrieving patient surveys for our ophthalmology practice. The survey has allowed us to become a better practice with knowledge of the patient experience. We have also received many new patients through the reviews left by our current patients.  Other platforms are not as flexible as Rater 8. I highly recommend this company.

Rater 8 listens to suggestions to improve their platform through their development team. Each demographic has different needs. They have been very accommodating and helpful about our needs with our demographics.

**What do you like best about rater8?**

Rater8 support team is fairly responsive to any urgent/sudden issues we're experiencing and especially with the addition of any new physician or new location. Their internal survey application is very useful and easy to use. It's intuitive for most and they have very advanced and robust reports. Even better is that they benchmark your practice with other similar healthcare practices because they use a consistent library of survey questions that all of their clients use.

**What do you dislike about rater8?**

If you struggle with reputation management or how to use Google My Business and other reputation platforms then Rater8 can only help you so much. Luckily I'm fairly literate and experienced with these platforms so I don't need a lot of handholding (although some of that came from teaching myself how they work). I'm sure other organizations may benefit from extra training or guidance from Rater8. Another dislike is that Rater8 charges extra rates or similar rates to physicians in order to manage mid-levels (PAs, PTs/OTs) while other reputation management companies only charge to manage physicians. They also seem slow to roll  out with new add-ons and advancements with the entire Rater8 experience/dashboard. We may talk about a potential feature during one quarterly meeting and then there are no further updates on it or it just dies and is never circled back to.

**What problems is rater8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing the entire reputation management experience is crucial. the Rater8 survey dashboard has come a long way. Being able to respond to all Google reviews through a central dashboard has really helped and their robust/advanced reports are great!

There isn't much to dislike, rater8 leads you through the process and helps suggest tweaks as time goes by to increase traffic, improve performance and help the practice benchmark how they are doing in real time.

rater8 makes the process easy!  They guide you through quarterly reviews of information and updates to the platform.  We have increased our online presence by utilizing their platform and assistance.  The platform is not expensive and is constantly improving.  The support is excellent.  Any questions we have are promptly reviewed and addressed.  We see this as a value-added service for our small practice.
