What I like most about RallyUp is that it delivers on visibility and follow through from beginning to end. The page looked so professional and we were able to set our own timeline. I also appreciated using own title to help donors validate what we were doing. When I had a question, Customer Service responded quickly to my question. Also, RallyUp allowed us to receive more than 1 payment type, personalized ID and easy payment integration. With each donation, RallyUp was useful informing us of each donation. The only thing truly that I didn't like was not receiving all the funds in a single payment. We ended up getting 3 separate transactions but this wouldn't deter me from using this again. The help from the RallyUp staff was quick and concise when needed, but wasn't necessary very often.

The program itself was easy to use. I was able to create three experiences easliy.

Adding information before submitting the experience was easy as well.

Our organization has used RallyUp for our annual raffle for the past four years. It is super easy to use. The set up is pretty quick and very customizable. It has so many options on set up and payment plans. Depending on your organizations choice, using the product could be free. Customer service has been great but I really haven't had to use it very often. Everything is very inutitive. I forsee our group using RallyUp for many years to come. There are no major issue that I can highlight. RallyUp does allow you to offer multiples of an item without having create a separate entry for each item. My issue is more often than not, the same person will be selected for more than one of the items. It would be nice if there was a setting to have the winner be unique. I have now used Rally Up for several successful auctions, raffles and most recently a walkathon. The ease of set up each time makes rally up a No brainer. RallyUp is super user friendly and easy to use for a small nonprofit. There are different service payment options and it's easy to figure out which to use. It is easy to use and flexible. We love that we can run multiple raffles, or raffles and silent auctions, in a single event. The ability to email participants and export reports is also a plus. Sometimes bidders find it confusing, or don't understand that they have to check out in order for their bid to take effect. We find that it is necessary to do an FAQ for every event to prevent problems from arising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
