RallyUp is the easiest platform I’ve used for setting up a fundraiser. It was quick and straightforward to add the products we wanted to sell, along with photos and other important details. I also received great customer support from Katie; she checked in regularly to see whether I needed help or had questions, and she shared ideas to help boost sales. It was simple to locate customer information and print sales reports, and there were plenty of options to personalize our campaign. We use RallyUp every year for our fundraising needs because it’s so user-friendly and makes it easy to make changes or updates whenever we necessary. I love that we were provided our own simple web address and QR code to make it easy for customers to place orders. I use RallyUp for hosting fundraising campaigns for my fraternity's annual scholarship luncheon. I like how it helps us transition from physical tickets to a digital space that's easy to navigate. RallyUp makes asking for sponsorships easier for our members, who were initially hesitant. I like being able to copy a template that's worked for our chapter while improving and adding features each year. We typically sold tickets and tables, but this year, we were able to use the 'fund-a-need' feature, and we're considering the paddle raise feature to keep the in-person crowd engaged. The initial setup was the longest, taking about a week or two, but now, with all content and logistics ready, we can go live in 48-72 hours. I love how RallyUp made it really easy to customize prices for each ticket and allowed people to donate online, which increased our audience. The platform was incredibly organized and very easy to use. I appreciated that it was possible to customize almost anything. It was intuitive, which made it simple to navigate. They also set up a meeting at the beginning to go over everything with me, making the initial setup really simple. The representative answered all my questions, and they even added a test campaign so we could try it out with a customer interface. RallyUp was our first experience using software for fundraising, and after this great experience, we will be doing regular fundraisers using RallyUp. The store option during our fundraising event involved too many steps to complete a purchase, which slowed down the process, especially given the rapid nature of raising $5,000 in five minutes. Donors had to scan items and go through a cumbersome checkout process. Additionally, there was no straightforward option for donors wanting to contribute more than the set amount of $120, leading to further confusion. At the silent auction checkout, there were inconsistencies in the emails sent to guests. Some emails congratulated winners but did not specify the items won, making it difficult to verify through the back end. This inconsistency occurred about four times, which was frustrating. I love how customizable RallyUp is. The platform offers extensive options for customization, allowing me to tailor campaigns to my needs. The visual appeal and user experience on both the front and back end are outstanding. The raffle setups are very helpful, and I also adore the social sharing features, which engage participants and enhance exposure. I find the reporting features lacking. The reports do not capture details on the types of tips left, which is crucial for gaining insights into our donors. Moreover, the reporting can be confusing, especially when integrated with PayPal or Stripe, causing challenges for our financial team. I also wish there were more customization options for managing discounts. It would be beneficial if discounts could be directly connected to purchases without needing a separate code. Additionally, while selling sponsorships online, there should be an option for people who want to buy a sponsorship without registering a team, as the current setup forces us to find other workarounds. If you have raffles, a store, registrations, team /table registrations, you should add a section to sell sponsorships because we were blown away by the amount that were purchased just by making it as easy as registering for it on RallyUp. I find RallyUp incredibly easy to use, which is vital for our fundraising events. The platform is particularly beneficial in equipping students to raise money by offering personalized giving pages that they can easily share on social media or through messages, making fundraising a more accessible task for them. I also appreciate the comprehensive website that consolidates all necessary information in one place, allowing students to have individual pages while simplifying our task of managing and sharing our story. The process for finalizing events and receiving funds has been seamless for us. I love the option to use the service for free or choose a payment model where we can retain tips, which shows consideration for users at different financial capacities. This flexibility in financial options is remarkable, and if it weren't available, I might not have chosen RallyUp at all. I was able to find the data I needed, but I often felt unsure about which report would be most useful, so I ended up downloading several reports that I didn't actually need. My main reason for switching over to RallyUp is so that we had a website where donations could be directed to students based on a pre-populated school roster. Our PTO used RallyUp for our recent school fundraiser silent auction, and we couldn't be happier with the experience!
