What do you like best about Rafiki?

Super simple to set up, has all the features that a product like Gong offers but is 1/3 the price.

My reps love the transcription and the AI summary of their calls.

It's great for call coaching and for seeing talk times of each meeting participant.

The transcription also makes it really easy to share verbatim Customer feedback with our Product teams and Marketing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rafiki?

We utilize Rafiki to capture orders and for quality assurance for our 50 salespersons. It allows new representatives an opportunity to learn from their calls while veteran staff are able to assist more clients, more accurately. From a management perspective, I could not assist/teach the number of salespersons adequately without Rafiki capturing those business opportunities and buying signals. What do you like best about Rafiki?

We were doing a research on tools for recording our calls and Rafiki, though it ended up on our shortlist quite ocasionaly, quickly became a leader. It has everything you need. It may not look as fancy or be as 'hyped' as others, but that's not why I'm here. The interface is clear, and it has a bunch of nice features like built-in translation or the ability to create short video snippets, integration with our CRM. The price is reasonable, one of the best on the market.

But what really makes them stand out is their support. I always look for ways to improve processes and make the perfect, so I was very pleasantly surprised that for any question or idea - I could get a detailed and comprehensive response in just a few hours. The guys at Rafiki are trully open to answer any question and discuss any idea. That's exactly how I expect 'service' to be nowadays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rafiki?

So far, there's nothing that would really bother me. Maybe the user management could be improved a bit, but that's a 'one-time' process to do and to get used to.

What do you like best about Rafiki?

Rafiki was a refreshing alternative to more expensive options. Offering features comparable to Gong. We have been using it for over 10 months and it has grown with our needs and completely revamped our QA process. We were able to process 200 plus Sales , Support, and Success reps and monitor our performance. The AI and transcription is a game changer and has helped our managers focus on coaching and feedback. What do you like best about Rafiki?

What I have enjoyed most about Rafiki is the amazing support team. You never wait long for assistance/replies, they are very attentive and that is super important when time, business-wise is a factor. I also appreciate the attention to detail that all of their implementations include. Video tutorials are easy to understand, if that doesn't work for you, they are always open to live training sessions. The Rafiki team's ability to show their customers individualized attention is amazing, they are professional as well as personalized, when it is required. Last, but not least the Rafiki Tool Platform is easy to navigate, provides cross-functional uses, and consistently provides new and useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rafiki?

I recently subscribed to Rafiki after trialing it with my Support team. The AI transcripts are fantastic but the piece that excites me the most is their scorecards, which rates calls based on criteria and questions I can tailor to my needs. The scorecards have allowed me to quickly review calls at a high level while also providing me insights whenever I need to drill into a specific call for more training or review, saving me time and allowing me to focus my attention where it's needed most. What do you like best about Rafiki?

We were previous Gong users that didn't drive the value for the amount that we paid per seat. After changing to Rafiki, there were some nuances to learn; however the implementation of AI for summarization has been huge for the team. Excited to see how this product continues to develop

Using Rafiki has a lot of great features; my favorite feature is that I can listen to my team members' calls as well as my own so that I can compare tactics and strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes when Rafiki transcribes your calls, it's not always super accurate. I would like to see a feature pointing out which words and phrases aren't precise to the phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
