What do you like best about Rafiki?

They are extremely responsive and flexible. I've asked for a number of edge cases to be solved for and they have delivered. Our currently CRM and phone system did not originally integrate with their system and created an integration for me even during my trial period. When I send a note to them, I get near instant responses. Our team enjoys seeing their calls in the system and reviewing the helpful analytics. They have scorecards and topic trackers you can create for the AI to identify specific key words to indicate critical call points were achieved and all can be customized. Overall, given the price point, their responsiveness and willingness to adapt and be flexible, along with offering an excellent at value costs, this has been worth it for our growing SDR and AE teams. What do you dislike about Rafiki?

I'll be interested to see how their roadmap shakes out with some of the other big players in the space - would love to see sentiment analysis, real time coaching based on AI, ability to drop in best practices for reps as they calibrate their own calls or peer calls. What do you like best about Rafiki?

Firstly, the core functionality, which is call recording and transcription works every time. The reporting and analytics are very helpful. Also, Rafiki integrates seamlessly with our Hubspot CRM, which automates passing of call notes into respective lead / opp fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rafiki?

I have used other coaching/analytics programs in the past, and I've always felt like I was not their core audience. Since I've mostly worked with small companies looking to scale a team, their seat minimums and price point were always a barrier. Rafiki was the first program that seemed to want to work with a smaller company looking to scale. I've found that the program is on par or even slightly better than other programs charging more than double the amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
