I like that you can integrate Quickbooks with almost any other time tracking system, such as TimeClock+ our current onsite digital clock. It makes running payroll quick and easy, you can select which check style you're using and enter time quickly. Many things are customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quickbooks has no way to discern between vacation and sick pay hours that I can figure out, also, it tracks vacation hours from the beginning of the year on paystubs rather than the set beginning of the year per employee which makes it very hard to figure out how much time they have left.
