Top Rated Queue-it Alternatives
It's said that every successful business comes down to people, product, and process. After having our first year with Queue-It under our belts, I can safely say this holds true. From our first conversation, the Queue-It team was outstanding. They listened, worked within our parameters, and ensured we felt confident testing out their service. They made themselves available for our launches in the event we needed anything last minute. We feel in good hands with their team. Not only is their offering a game-changer in terms of what it helps us accomplish (launching massive traffic events with zero disruption or confusion in the *branded* user experience... it speaks for itself), but the platform is user friendly and flexible to suit our needs. Finally, and perhaps what I enjoy most about the overall experience, Queue-it is a dynamic and innovative company that not only supports our current needs, but works to develop and grow with us. We've worked with them on various integration solutions, which was a successful experience on both ends. I look forward to more years of our partnership, and am eager to see what we accomplish next! There hasn't been an issue we've encountered that we were not able to find a solution for, so there's not much to dislike to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a queue wrapped around our website at all times and appreciate the security this provides us should there be unexpected/expected surges of traffic to the website.
It has good reporting features and the customer service agents are very responsive and friendly.
We have also had positive feedback from customers that they enjoy being able to see what their place in the queue is, their expected wait time and have the option to receive an email when they reach the front of the queue.
The interface is quite simple, so easy to learn and the documentation provided is extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have some negative customer feedback about being kicked out of the queue but we suspect this is due to them using multiple tabs/browsers/devices.
Some 'how-to' videos would be good for training as some staff members are visual learners.
We recently ran into an issue where Google could not index one of our pages because there were too many queue re-directs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service and response speed is excellent. In a few days we have managed to move the application to the server, the answers to our questions were resolved in a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no complaints regarding Queue-it's service. The only recommendation would be greater monitoring and proactivity regarding the account. For example, the recommendation to move the application to the server could have been very useful before we encountered the problem in a live event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the set it and forget it ness. It really helps give peace of mind when we are having large onsales. You can create a different waitingroom for each onsale or just use the same one thats always running with certain thresholds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could pull more metrics out but thats not what its designed for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support has been outstanding. Very helpful, responsive and approachable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rather expensive for incidental use. Very basic customization is not available in the chepatest plan. Client-side integration is not bullet-proof, but server side integration is not possible when using page-caching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used Queue-it on several occasions for the sale of massive concerts in various Latin American countries, and the product and service have always been up to par and have worked perfectly.
The implementation is very easy, and the usage dashboard is very intuitive.
Having an account manager who speaks Spanish is also a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside of Queue it may be its price, as it is a tool that has a higher cost than other alternatives. But, in our case, Queue it is a must for AAA events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Queue-it for our high profile moments where large groups of people are eager to sign in and get tickets or subscribe for popular workshops, summer camps, etc. Before these were very stressfull times to keep the systems up and running and avoid a stream of complaints towards customer service. Now we prepare the set-up with a waiting queue and both we in the support team as the users are very happy with the stability it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We activated the queue once for a popular event for our collegues, unfortunately the system thought we were attacked from a single IP address. This was not the case but an understandable safety feature. We were in contact with the Queue-it team and they will provide a solution for next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard is great and simple to use.
The people on the account (Tatiana, Kevin, the designers) are super helpful and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a "content repository" to store pre-worded statements for our dynamic messages and if the service is paused.
When you click on an archived pre-queue to view the traffic data, it should just automatically display for the dates it was active instead of a user having to manually select the dates they remember it being active.
The 60 second delay in the queue kicking in after being activated, which may not be enough time to protect against a sudden spike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
