CrowdHandler is a very useful tool to manage access to my website during busy periods. I can easily adjust the waiting room size each month, and the free basic plan is perfect for small businesses like mine.

My business has predictable peak times, so CrowdHandler keeps traffic under control. When traffic is lower, I can switch to a lighter plan and reduce costs. It’s simple, reliable, and did exactly what we needed during several major event launches. Our site caps around 1,000 concurrent users, and CrowdHandler handled everything above that limit smoothly. Setup through Cloudflare Edge Workers was quick, and support from Jake and his team was excellent. Easy to use and implement with excellent support from the Crowdhandler team throughout the setup and to hold our hands through the pressure moments (i.e. the pressure sales). Went the extra mile to help integrate/tailor a solution to our needs.
