The QM team we work with is really helpful and nice. They are responsive and attentive. The tool is alright compared to other tools like it. The filters could really use some work. Between the UI and how limited they are, makes it really annoying to use the tool. I have had to talk to the team to do things for me.

I would love to see more insights automatically reported or brought, and this may be our underutilization of the tool. But I want QM to notify me of anomolies in customer behavor. If we excpect the customer to take a certain path then report when they are diverting frequently. Also if alerts increase for customers or errors.
