**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric makes it easier to see exactly how users experience a site or app. The session replay and journey insights are especially helpful for spotting issues quickly, understanding customer friction, and making faster improvements that have a real impact.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric can take time to learn, especially for new users who want to get the most out of its features. Some reports and workflows can feel a little complex at first, and it may take practice to navigate the platform efficiently.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum Metric helps us identify where users run into friction, drop off, or experience technical issues across the site or app. That visibility makes it easier to troubleshoot faster, improve the customer experience, and prioritize fixes that can have a direct impact on conversion, engagement, and overall performance.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

What I like most about Quantum Metric is the ability to clearly see customer journeys and flows end-to-end. It makes it much easier to understand how users actually interact with the site, where they drop off, and what might be causing friction. The session replay feature is particularly useful, as it allows us to view real customer experiences rather than relying on assumptions. This helps our team quickly identify issues, prioritise improvements, and make more data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

One downside of Quantum Metric is that the platform can feel quite clunky at times and not always the most user-friendly, especially for new users. Navigating between different features and finding specific data or sessions can take some getting used to, and the interface isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

uantum Metric has been particularly useful for providing data that supports and informs A/B testing decisions. For example, we identified through journey analysis that customers were adding extra steps by clicking into additional result pages to view more products. This highlighted a potential friction point in the experience, where users weren’t immediately seeing enough relevant options. Based on this insight, we were able to test showing more products directly on the deals page to reduce unnecessary clicks and streamline the journey.

The platform has a somewhat steep learning curve for non-technical team members, which has made onboarding take longer than I expected.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric truly allows us to identify what went wrong, rather than just guessing based on logs. It has also been extremely useful in uncovering UX issues and making our analytics more statistically meaningful. Thanks to Quantum Metric, we have been able to better prioritize improvements to our UX and product overall.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

It's challenging for beginners to get started with QM. Watching replays can be quite time-consuming. Additionally, I occasionally had trouble locating a user session using the basket ID, even though searching by IP worked without any issues.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QM has been instrumental in helping us identify the root causes of issues, eliminating the need for guesswork. We have been able to track and address UX problems more proactively. The evidence-based testing enabled by QM has made it easier to prioritize bugs effectively. Additionally, QM has improved the way we report metrics across our e-commerce application.

It captures a detailed level of error and device information, especially when it comes to performance.

Data about a specific company is secured, so we need the captured data statistics in order to transfer them to our internal data lake.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly focused on performance. It helps me get a high-level view of the data, but I need more detail at the component level rather than only at the page level.(sales force)

Sometimes the UI is a bit overwhelming due to the amount of tools and parameters - this could be improved

It can be quite fiddly to get something simple like a heatmap from the Tool. Sharing segments could be easier too

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I really appreciate how Quantum Metric makes it easier to find bugs. It didn't take long for Quantum Metric to point out a bug that was costing us a lot of money, and we were able to identify the issue quickly. Also, I find the Felix AI feature very useful. I don't have time to watch 500 sessions daily, so I use Felix AI to save time by summarizing training videos and large reports for me.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I found the UI to be kind of dense. It took me time to understand Quantum Metric, so maybe if the UI can be a little more user-friendly.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quantum Metric to quickly identify costly bugs, saving us thousands every hour. It helps pinpoint issues without guesswork, like detecting API failures and visualizing user interactions, which leads to fast fixes. I also use its AI to save time by summarizing sessions and large reports.

What I like best about Quantum Metric is how it lets me quickly see exactly where users are having trouble on our site or app, thanks to its session replays and clear insights. It’s easy to use, helps teams work together, and makes it simple to spot and fix problems fast.

N/A - great tool! I absolutely love it, no notes!

Quantum Metric solves the problem of not knowing where and why customers are getting frustrated or dropping off on digital platforms. It helps quickly identify and understand user experience issues—like where people abandon a process or run into technical problems—and shows the business impact of those issues. This means I can fix problems faster, improve our customer experience, and prioritize what matters most, which ultimately leads to more conversions, happier customers, and increased revenue
