That it aggregates sessions for review very well and allows all kinds of data to be broken down and compared in dashboards, trend analysis, and video reviews to learn user behavior and friction points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Case sensitivity in segment builder searches. Lack of ongoing refresh rates that cause the same data to load even though new segments are benig searched. That I cannot separate error codes, success codes by commas and have to use separate lines to search data in the segment builder which wastes time spent finding things that can be more easliy found using csv (comma separated values). IT's difficult to get simple answers in the Quad, for example if I want to define what "Attention" means in Visible, there is not a glossary of commonly used terms that I can refer to save time to get a clear answer. I have to search chat threads like I am on Reddit and decipher which threads are menaingless to my search and where I may find a quick, effective answer.
When I go to review Mobile Phone sessions a LOT of times I get White blank screens and not screens with what users saw, so a lot of my Mobile searches waste a lot of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Quantum Metrics for some time now. It has improved a lot in terms of monitoring and alerting. It is quite easy for us to find the user sessions and look at their session and see how things went for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The alerting still does not work in a way which is useful for us in most of the scenarios. For example for an alert for "unique visitors" and some criteria...the alert gives "Affected users" which I have noticed is usually less than the threshold when the alert has fired. Easy to use, track clean and quick interface and multitude of searching options. It is easy to implement in our code and allows for multitude of teams to gain insight into user behavior and track issues. It's easy to integrate with other ticketing tools to tie back sessions and be able to recreate scenarios for our customer support team to action. We would like to be able to tie sessions where Quantum Metrics is having issues capturing data. Either if it's a firewall issue or some other limitation, so we can track those and troubleshoot them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sheer number of different reports and insights you can generate from QM is so helpful. I love using the new Interactions Beta + Journey Flow. The ease of downloading data and sharing it (Screenshots) is incredible. Session Replay's have been shown to be incredibly transformative for us - in terms of highlighting and sharing issues/experiences from Customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The loading speeds with Interactions Beta. I have found that when you try to load zones, it can take upwards of 30min to load data for a page with ~50 zones. This has resulted in a lot of late reporting from our side, which can present itself as an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes time to learn the tool, but to be fair that goes for almost every (new) tool. With QM we found that some team members had trouble getting started and integrating it into their weekly workflow, but after creating dashboards we lowered the barrier of entry.
