I really like the very advanced targeting capabilities of Quantcast Platform, which allow me to go to very granular audience levels in inclusion and exclusion. Quantcast has evolved significantly throughout the years. The platform is very comprehensive, well-organized, and easy-to-use. We have very specific needs across different markets and the team has offered exceptional, timely support. Wendy Li has provided knowledgeable account stewardship, while Afasar has helped greatly with setup and tracking specific KPIs. The support we have received has been excellent, the campaigns easy to create, and the reports simple to generate. Quantcast is the gold standard for quality digital ad platforms with a focus on customer service and success. The platform is easier to use than most, definitely has a lot of advanced features and reporting which take some time to understand, but in general, if I need to get a campaign up and running, it is fast and easy to use. We were also given knowledgeable representatives (Afasar Mydeen and Wendy Li) to help use and integrate the platform, and unlike most tech platforms, these customer success managers were accessible, responsive, and could actually help us with our problems! Every time we get on a zoom call with Afasar, he teaches me something new that I didn't know was possible with the platform. They have made it possible to implement our campaigns and strategies and integrate the campaigns with our current systems. We use the platform daily, so this has been essential for our team. Quantcast's ease of use makes it a bit more difficult to set up advanced campaigns strategies, as they can be difficult to set up unless you already know how to do it. You will need to spend time with your customer success reps to learn how all the features work, so it's not as intuitive as it could be. The reporting could be more intuitive as well, and have basic reporting templates easier to use so that the basics can be quickly viewed.
