What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Sometimes the loading takes a very long time, or Qualtrics doesn't save all of the questions I created. It can be difficult to edit things as it seems the site glitches at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Qualtrics customer experience is great online survey platform to measure customer experience. Easy to create interactive surveys using the drag and drop functionality and can be easily be customized in many ways . Large variety of questions types and branching logic. The tool aslo gives feedback to surveys and aslo it's easy to setup NPS dashboards for each department in our organization that enables us to track results very easily. What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

It is very nice aesthetically and the processes to get more information from those who were surveyed are simple, We can also find and correct low scores that are accidentally left. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

I'll start by saying that we used a well-known Qualtrics competitor's solution for years before switching. Why the switch? Some of my favorite features are:

Integrated translations of comments provided by those surveyed

Text analysis of comments

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

I have taken the Basecamp training and am still not clear on workflows.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

Qualtrics CX is a simple and easy tool to use. Its user interface is simple and is easy to build surveys and have them maintained. Also the web intercepts work well with the logics and it is also easy to setup and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

The XM Directory needs more updates, basic features like using a Filter to extract data on a ongoing basis using API is unavailable. It has set a basic parameters that can be used. but i would like something similar to exporting responses. wherein using a filterID i can filter as i need. a similar functionality of using filter ID in XM Directory will be useful.. Similar to this there are few more example wherein we use day to day that can be improved and can have a bigger impact on our experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

I like Qualtrics Customer Experience because it allows users to test out and use different functions within Qualtrics. I've built several surveys and used the data analysis tool to get results in an easy and timely way. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

It is hard to identify downsizes for Qualtrics Customer Experience, but if there's one is that sometimes it takes a day or two to get some feedback or help when there are issues to be resolved.
