What do you like best about Qualified?

We've tried a ton of chat tools over the years, in everything from our corporate site, business site, and internal sites that serve our customers and partners. We started with a pilot of Qualified and it was like night and day. What our team thought of initially as a "chat tool" was more like a go-to-meeting. We could watch people browse our site, set up rules to see who was hot and who was ot, and then watch the hot leads browse and proactively connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified has revolutionized the way we connect with qualified buyers on our website. It effortlessly identifies each visitor as they arrive, offering real-time insights into their behavior and interaction with our content. The tedious back-and-forth of scheduling meetings with the right AEs is a thing of the past.

One of my favorite aspects of Qualified is Piper, who is always ready to engage in a conversation and book meetings seamlessly. She’s been an invaluable addition to our team, and onboarding her was so fun.

Enhanced by integrations like 6sense and Clearbit, the platform autofills fields to create a smoother, more personalized prospect experience. Each buyer is presented with a tailored interaction, making the process seamless and intuitive.

What do you like best about Qualified?

The Piper AI is excellent and allows you to build a scalable model for customer interaction on the website. Training the AI model to effectively be an AI representative for the business, means you can offer a great customer experience with little upkeep.

There are also some extremely creative things you can do with offering different experiences to different customers depending on who is on the website. This is perfect for tailoring the experience to your ICP or when you don't have a product that appeals to the masses.

What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified has enabled us to get into high quality sales meetings so much faster with the ability to target certain accounts that visit our website and connect them to their assigned rep on the account in real time. So far, we've been able to drive:

What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified allowed our organization to run an extremely lean and effective in-house chat team while at the same time utilizing the AI SDR to be available 24/7 and help drive sales conversations, reduce support questions and better direct to self-serve when appropriate.

The team was one of the best we've worked with, they were super responsive and helpful throughout our entire time with them. The product was intuitive and had so many cool features, there was rarely a scenario we thought of that the product wasn't able to handle. When you include the Signals functionality as well, this really helped us focus on the right accounts at the right times from SDR>BDR>AE and beyond.

We were able to run an internal experiment on the overall efficacy of having chat vs. only forms and it came out very much in favour of Qualified adding value at almost every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

There were times where SFDC hierarchies didn't translate as well as they could have into account views, making it difficult sometimes to understand whether we were targeting EMEA or NA arms of companies (which was important for us with different team crediting). Qualified allowed us to communicate with prospects and customers in real time. We found that there would be drop-off between site visits>form visit>form completion and we were able to plug some of those holes by having realtime engagement, whether with a live agent or AI SDR. What do you like best about Qualified?

We switched to Qualified Chatbot from Drift at the end of last year, and it has been a total game-changer for our marketing and lead generation efforts. Our Piper instance has been delivering fantastic insights and engagement on our website, allowing us to learn much more about our prospects than with previous tools.

One of the biggest highlights of our experience has been working with Logan B.—he has been absolutely instrumental in our success. His expertise in training and optimization has helped us unlock the full potential of the platform, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without his guidance.

Honestly, the customer support has been incredible. From day one, our Success Architect, Rob Kubovic, has felt like an extension of our team. He's always super responsive, knowledgeable and proactive when it comes to fine-tunning things.

Our piper (ai chat bot) named Derrick is improving every day, and he is already doing a great job answering questions and directing web visitors to our correct teams. I love being able to see the most common questions and being able to feed him source documents easily to help fill in the gaps. Also, Logan is a marketing expert and an outstanding CSM, providing invaluable guidance and quick responses when we have questions. It has been such a great transition meeting with him regularly. The team at Qualified did everything possible to make the migration from our previous solution as easy as possible. The quality of the AI SDR has been great. I'm a consultant working with a client that has been implementing Qualified. Kaylin Selor, our success architect, has been an amazing resource and guide during the implementation process.

The client is early in "go live," but the sales team has been enthusiastically using the tool and booking meetings. Additionally, we've seen the AI SDR book meetings on the reps' behalf.
