Occasionally, the system will go down - but thankfully, QQ Catalyst is very quick to repair errors (never more than 1-2 hours) We would love to see certain manual over-rides present such as closing outstanding balances or adding certain lines of business that download a certain way but do not populate or are not available within the system. I would like it to have a report that allows you to create a payment system for the agents, which is not based on the commission of the policy. That it can be programmed based on a flat fee. The system was recently updated, and it allows us to edit the notes, as an administrator I would like to be able to give this editing permission depending on the type of employee. I think it would be good if every task for a given customer (even those assigned to specific policies) showed up under the task section under the main customer account tab. Very easy to navigate QQCatalyst. From creating a contact, task, attaching files and new policies. Emailing within QQC also very simple. Enables you to attach files and acords easily.
