Downloads are pretty easy, support is quick to respond and help. Easy to navigate and manage. Its a big step up from what we did have previously and what I had worked with in the past. Lots of neat features that make client management easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initial set up/Integration is difficult if you do not have a coordinating database that makes importing easy. We had hired a 3rd party consultant at the recomendation of Verifore and it was not helpful. Resulting in big bills and still a lot of work on our end. We did have to have a dedicated team member to manage this. We did run into an odd, frustrating issue but we appreciate that our support team was able to help us overcome it. Its not the best when it comes to commissions, but I believe there could be some things we can do to help it get better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about QQCatalyst is its intuitive design and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate even complex tasks. One thing I dislike about QQCatalyst is that it can sometimes feel sluggish, especially when handling large amounts of data or generating reports, which can slow down workflows. updating manual is time consuming. I wish there was an option to drop a dec page into QQ and QQ would pull from that to auto update the customer's account and policy renewals. This is for carriers that don't have the option to auto download into QQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QQ is an incredibly user friendly system that helps organize policy and contact information for our agency. The Salesroom allows me to track New Business coming into the agency easily for performing internal audits. Assigning files to specific policies, and the most recent addition of transferring a policy to a seperate contact if missassigned makes things incredibly easy to track and manage. The Single Sign-On feature connecting QQ to other Vertafore products such as PL Rater is also a life saver when working new quotes for existing contacts, importing the information over to the quoting system automatically and then bridging quotes back to QQ to save them. For all the User Friendly credit I give QQ, no one in our office has quite figured out creating workflows that would be beneficial for us. There still seems to be questions on how its used, or maybe we simply haven't spent the time neesssary reading guides to understand it. I also think downloads could use more development as far as automatically downloading to the customer instead of just downloadig to the customer location for us to manually assign out, but I can see the benefit of "touching" transactions to know what's going in within the agency. it is very easy to keep organized. there are so many features, I use QQ catalyst everyday and everything is in one place. It is very easy to contact customer support and they have helped me every single time with no issues. All of the information I need to know about a policy is right in one place. When a policy has lapsed, you can no longer use "view drivers" or Vehicles because policy is inactive. Makes it harder to requote.
My least favorite is the Tasks vs. notes. In Evolution, you would make a memo that was indelible, but then you could set out a "task" for it. Much more streamlined. With catalyst, it is more apt to error with some agents making a note, and others making a memo to follow something. It should be just one with the check box to set a reminder date. It is a great platform, user friendly, works 99.9% of the time (little downtime), some quarks/flaws but all systems do. I like that they are still inovating new software updates which increaseses efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The way they do thier pricing is not efficient. You are assigned a rep and they are the ones who tell you what pricing you will get. I had our orignial rep who we made a deal with and when we got a new rep, he was no having it. We eventually got them to honor the pricing we were told by the original rep but it was a long process. Our new rep told us anything and everything about AZ and how QQ integrates perfectially with QQ. This was not the case but we are now locked into a year contract. The other thing is that if you have QQ and AZ, good luck figuring anything out as they are 2 seperate departments and so are their tech teams. In other words, the right doesnt talk to the left so nothing gets done. If I was just to rate QQ Catalyst, I would say the system is an 8 or 9. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
