What do you like best about Qostodian?

Very good at finding confidential data, and showing where and what was found. It found files and directories on our fileserver people had forgotten about for years, that contained credit card numbers in plain text, and automatically sorts the findings into departments straight from your AD. It is overall fairly easy to use, and their support team was outstanding at getting all the inititial configurations set up. It integrates with user devices, network drives, and Office 365 (email, sharepoint, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qostodian?

The reporting options are still 'a work in progress'. There no good way to quickly summarize the findings for management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qostodian solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product is highly effective at finding and clearly displaying confidential data found on user's devices, network drives, and Office 365. Data that in some cases has just been sitting there on old drives for years, completely forgotten but still accessible if an attacker were to get in and find it. This will greatly aid us in reducing risk and data loss in the event of a data breech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
