What do you like best about Qooper?

What do you like best about Qooper?

Out of the box, it has everything you need to get a mentorship program off the ground. It is easy to implement, easy to use, has an intuitive user interface and great customer service. Our implementation specialist, Ipek, was amazing and continues to be so even after we have launched our program. She is always checking in and responds quickly to every e-mail. What do you dislike about Qooper?

What do you like best about Qooper?

The powerful AI matching feature was the biggest driver in our decision-making. We knew that we would need a platform that could grow as we created programs that provided opportunities to our entire global team. Having a platform which was diverse in its application and functionality was very important. Also selecting a platform that users would enjoy and not view as a burden was high on our priority list. Qooper ticked all of our boxes in terms of its functionality, ease of deployment and ease of use. Our experience has been extremely positive so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

There have been a few occasions where an additional function or feature would be helpful from an admin perspective, however, Qooper has been extremely open to feedback. So far, if anything, the platform has too many functions and features that we're not currently using to full effect - however we see this changing in 2023 as we continue with the platform. What do you like best about Qooper?

The customer support team is really helpful. Overall the product is quite easy to use but whenever I do have a question the support team always quick to get back to me and offer solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

There are a lot of presets within the platform that the administrator might not know about until after the website goes live. This requires a complete walkthrough of the platform to adjust and update those presets to avoid missing any. Additionally, admins should be able to add, remove and change things for users but as of now that function does not exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qooper?

I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the software. What I liked most about Qooper was how easy it made the entire mentoring experience. From the initial sign-up process to connecting with my mentor, everything was seamless and straightforward. Qooper has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and find the resources I needed. I appreciated how I could customize my mentoring experience by setting goals and choosing what I wanted to focus on in my sessions with my mentor. The platform's scheduling and communication tools also made it simple to coordinate with my mentor and keep track of our progress.

One of the standout features of Qooper was the ability to access a wealth of resources on the platform. From videos and articles to assessment tools, there was a wealth of information at my fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qooper?

Would I like best about Qooper Is that it allows you to have discussions and forums with mentees and mentors From other parts of the country. You learn a lot from hearing about the experiences of the other groups. There is a great benefit from learning together with other mentors and mentees. I think it is particularly useful to be able to use the lessons developed by other mentors in your own mentoring. Another feature that I really like is the ability to have multiple mentees within a group so that all can learn from each other. When groups come together like this you really benefit from learning about the experiences that all the other teams are having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

One downside of using Qooper Is that it does not have a built in video conferencing platform. While this would definitely be a big ask It would be awesome to be able to chat right from the platform. Another thing that would be useful to have in Cooper is the ability to complete voice calls. It could also be easier if there was a desktop native application That would be usable. What do you like best about Qooper?

It is a great initiative for learning and development and what’s more important is with normal Mentor to Mentee learning, it also made reverse mentoring very easy i.e., from Mentee to Mentor training. I had an awesome interaction and I got lots of benefits from different views and understandings of various situations through my Mentor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

Scheduled times should be fixed for sessions (at least half an hour per week) and also maybe this limitation might be due to the Covid situation but I hope that events also take place where group mentoring and discussions can be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
