The team at Qooper makes themselves available to answer questions and offer guidance. They meet you where you are as a client and help you to create the online portal to the mentor program that fits your organization. Whenever we have a new idea or question about adding something to our programs, we are meet with enthusiasm for what we want to accomplish and solutions for our needs. Everyone on their team is knowledgeable and personable, so I look forward to our meetings. On the rare occasion I need assistance, I trust they will help resolve my concerns. Qooper is an all-in-one app that makes the mentorship process seamless. I like being able to schedule meetings, track goals, and use the chat feature. The group forum option is great too. The platform is extremely user-friendly and has a lot of automated features. I must also comment about the customer success team at Qooper. Everyone is so helpful, and they take the time to answer all my questions. We switched from a different platform and the experience is night and day.
