How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Workflow software is famous for being hard to use, hard to deploy, and expensive. At Qntrl, we've worked hard to change this.

In the past, companies bought shelfware that looked great during the demo, but never got used. Why? It was hard to deploy and harder to use, so the end users rejected it. But Qntrl is different. It's easy to use. A typical Qntrl user can get started with thirty minutes of training, or less. Process administrators can get started orchestrating business processes with about half a day of training.

While the high cost of ownership has always been the modus operandi of enterprise-focused software, we refuse to follow that path. What do you like best about Qntrl?

We can create custom scripts that are based on javascript. There are multiple options like assign to specific person, assign to any role or any team or automate with custom functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qntrl?

Fields are limited in qntrl, if any name we have used once, we can not reuse the field name again in any other flow. Custom functions take around 30 sec to 1 minute to execute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using it for multi-department flows. If any process is within multiple departments, we can create this and automate the flows. Easy set up of the template, flexible when it comes to flow management and logic management. UI is really clean and easy to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently also using Creator as need a way to see the bigger picture, dashboards that represent the whole business performance and also the limitation of the number of fields available when creating a template. Some of the obvious features are not available. For example sort and filter are not available for some of the parameters of a ticket. Unable to connect one ticket with another (not very straight forward) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
