What do you like best about Qminder?

It's a great way to keep track of clients that come into the showroom. It helps the different teams communicate with each other so we can efficiently assist clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

When adding a new visitor, the program defaults to the previous service that was used for the last client you checked in. It is not the end of the world. However sometimes we forget to change it! And it can cause confusion. I dont see an effective way to prevent that from happening. Maybe defaulting to no service at all so you have to choose a service everytime. But still, we should just be doing that anyway as users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
