Reporting functionality is very good, though having many different places from which to run reports can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been a challenge to have the software manage time off for our group since we often backfill open slots. I've struggled to have the programming manage closed and backfilled clinical schedules. Switching to this software is time-consuming. The most difficult part was having to upload and personalize everyone's accounts. It also takes time trying to figure out how to organize client matters and case comments, but afterwards, everything becomes much simpler and it saves more time than it uses. It is very quick. Very responsive and flexible to find my schedule or who is sharing a rotation with me. Like the embedded contact numbers also. They combined my accounts for 4 different clients and I didn't have to do a thing. When my latest client added ggenda it was just a few clicks and I was added seamlessly. It would be helpful to have an undo button, rather than having to search the activity tab at the bottom. At times, it can be difficult to discern who was scheduled where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all of the scheduling options like autogeneration. I also like the reporting options because they help me with scheduling accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
