I like that QGenda allowed our team to streamline the scheduling of 6 urgent care facilities, 20+ physicians/providers, and 80+ nurses/MAs.
The program also allows for staff to see their schedule immediately electronically (online or app) and control edits to their schedule by handling their own swaps amongst colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration and build of the software to function the same way people have to oversee the schedule and ensure we have sufficient coverage took much longer than anticipated. Additionally, it resulted in the support staff who's role was to oversee scheduling being let go - which played a large role in team morale given they developed a relationship/trust in her 'touch' of the schedules. I like that QGenda is very user-friendly. I appreciate the layout and helpful, easy-to-use filters. Also, the ability to use and refer to the audit log for information that's been entered can be a very useful tool, when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
