The Cha bot actually works!!! The help center is amazing. THeir response team is VERY fast, and I have yet to have a problem or misunderstanding of the software that they could not help me with. Gift card options would be a nice addition. Having a limit on how many times you can purchase a punchcard is important. I offer a bogo and I'd like it to be one per person but now I am running it on the honor system. Not great. I'd love an easier way to view recent class history and activity history all in one place rather than by punchcard. One place to see this would be helpful. Easier to use reports. Specifically, something about retention would be useful to my business. I'd also love it if there as a store feature on the app rather than a separate app to use for the store. What's not to like?! I get to spend my time doing my job, working ON my business, not messing around with complicated, bloated, expensive software that's not designed for my type of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only negative is that you can't have (yet?) an infrastructure to allow new customers to signup and register to classes from a social media link (imagine linktree on Instagram). With many of our business transactions taking place digitally, I found that the ability to sell merchandise isn't as robust as I'd like.
