PushPress is fantastic from top to bottom, they have a free option if your just getting started or a small operation. If your serious about building and managing your business their GROW system is a must!! It's like my personal assistant, from automation workflows for member touch points and managing/organizing all forms of communication from emails, texts, calls and even social media messages all in one place. Their customer service team is top notch and always there whenever you need help. Every person I interact with is a real person who truly understands what it takes to run a business. I'm not a very tech person and I know their system offers way more then I can understand right now. But they do occasionally have educational pieces office hours to call in and talk to those who can teach you more. One step at a time and adding in more features as I'm ready. My only dislike about PushPress is that they are so on top of their client's needs that we often have to adapt to frequent updates and new versions. But, is this really a bad thing?? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We moved from Wodify and have had a much better customer experience on PushPress. The reason why I gave a high review is because of GROW. It has helped automate a lot of work that was very time consuming and the system does it more efficiently than we ever did manually. Having the website linked to purchasing has been key as well. It would be great if the no show and late cancellation fees were automated. This can be a little time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pushpress is a few systems in one. Booking, crm, automations, pipelines, social media manager and much much more.
I love that everything is clear and I'm not longer stressing about getting back to customers and organising my leads. Now I can bring new customers in with ease and focus on my current members and giving them the best possible sessions from a trainer who has her energy back!

I would really like an advanced booking feature. Apparently they're working on it. But it's the last piece of our puzzle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PushPress offers a lot of functions to make your daily work easier and faster. The setup process is one of the best I ever worked with, and it took me a few minutes to get my business running. Managing leads, members, and classes are not complicated and do not consume a lot of time. The support reacts quickly and always with the right solution.
Train is a nice version to tracvk the performance and progress of your members and the Staff app is a good way to keep an eye over many important things for you and your coaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have more options to controll different tyoes of memberships or different types of classes I offer. Some more automation in case of late cancles or noshows would be a nice to have.
