The people behind the curtain. There's no such thing as a "perfect" system because many of us have different needs (and always will)... but the team at PP listens and does their best to build a platform that serves us all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As stated above, everyone has different needs and there are times I wish something would be higher on the priority list... but beyond that and a few technical things that they are already in the process of sorting out, I really don't have many dislikes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I set up my gym in no time after purchasing it from a burnt out owner. The back-end went from dumpster fire (inconsistent billing, duplicate accounts, missing info everywhere, no check-in, etc) to well-oil machine within a week. Generic auto generated e-mails saying "your plan has ended" - confusing to the customer. It needs to specify exactly what plan ended. For example we have a nutrition challenge and that plan ended, but people thought I had revoked their membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want to call it a compalaint you can, but somwtimes the login app hangs up and crashes. A simple restart usually fixes the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since moving over from ZP, we have better-streamlined our services, reduced cc fees, and increased awareness of our revenue streams for Nutrition and Hybrid Plans.
