The "helpbot" is good to a certain point, but I don't like that sometimes it gets to a sticking point where the choice I need isn't offered and I can't write in a comment or statement without getting back into and trying to answer the choices differently to get me to a point of being able to type my issue in the box. The user interface is modern and designed from the ground up to be easy to use and mobile friendly. Unlike older systems on the market that have extremely outdated backends and "bolt on" modern front-ends, front to back PushPress is intuitive and easy to use. Being newer, it does not have the same depth of features of older suites such as Mindbody. But, it has all the essentials to run our gym. Timesheets for our contractor/part time instructors need work, and monthly auto-renew memberships that provide a set number of class credits per month refresh on the start of a calendar month vs the anniversary date of the member, for example as little things we just let go of, but could use more polish. PushPress is not only easy to use as a Gym Owner; our members love having all their account information in one place. Anytime I have reached out to the support team with a question, they are super responsive and friendly. Great customer service!

It's been 14 months since our small business adopted the oush press platforms: core, grow, website and members only app. We even took a stab at the train feature but it wasn't the right fit for us. Nonetheless, the experience was still very pleasant. I really don't have anything negative to share.
The education/onboarding for Grow was a bit over my head. But in a years time, they have developed a learning/educational platform for new users and OGs who need references or refreshers on the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite thing about Push Press is the support staff. Whenever I have a question about how to use a component of Push Press, it is answered by someone that has done my job, the job of a business owner. They have the experience, as well as the perspective, to be thoroughly helpful. They are constantly working to improve their product based on their users' feedback. My input and my experience matter! I look forward to some reports having more options for more detailed feedback. For example, what is the average attendance of a particular class, at a particular time, on a particular day. Right now, I have to scroll through each day of the period considered to get the info I am looking for. But the great thing is I can submit my request for consideration for product development. My members seem very happy with PushPress. It allows them to see the workouts and track their progress. As an owner who is not very computer savvy. The learning curve to use PushPress is very steep. The only thing I don't like is putting the programming into Train. We are a Mayhem Affiliate and it would be nice if it was pre-loaded into Train. As a one man band anything I can do to automate tasks would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
