The best thing about this platform is you can store all your data as per your requirements because the backhand team helps you to customize the features as required. From HCA to Consultant Level Doctors you can easily save all their details and they are very well maintained. Apart from that the data is also stored on the cloud services of the platform itself as a backup. I can easily scroll any of the data as per the requirement because there is an option tab of Search Availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing I personally dislike is sometimes it takes time to upload documents on the platform. And the option of updating the recent comment on the specific profile is not allotted to all the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the easy use that is applied has many features to highlight and make it the best since the dynamic workflow lists, the reminder system for patients, shows reports and automatically generates patient statements and that without counting many more in total it is what anyone could want Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has some aspects that confuse too much in the billing part but with the practice it can handle much better, sometimes it has blocking problems, but that is something that the administration can handle, but it is not enough to say that they have done this something good for Many Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pulse is really easy to schedule with. It organizes all 15 of my surgeons, all 18 of our mid levels, 2 occupational therapists, and 5 athletic trainers very easily. Color coding what type of appointment the patient is being scheduled for is easy to follow and understanding where a patient is scheduled (which facility) is also easy. Right now my company has 2 facilities--if I have a pt scheduled lets say in Wichita, and they want to switch to another physician in Wichita--I can just right click on the appointment, rebook, and switch physicians. If a patient wants to switch physicians from lets say Wichita to El Dorado (or vice versa) and I try to right click-rebook-then the whole pulse program freezes up on me, kicks me out, and I have to start all over again. It isn't easy to use when it comes to that. (I have to manually go in and change the facility) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything. Not user friendly. Not for a medium to large size practice. Doesn't allow you to customize reports. Can not update claims and refile. Everything has to be sent back to Pulse for data to be corrected. Constantly logs out of Citrix. Not user friendly. Company blames the practice for all issues instead of trying to resolve them.
