Some design features, i.e. you can't see the register ID number when you scroll down the page (you used to but it changed)
Specialists are scarce and under-resourced. Some times you have to wait for days to slot in a meeting.
Licencing pricing is not economically flexible to cater for different size and nature of organisations. It's either 'data entry' with VERY limited access and use and FULL USER with multiple access privileges, but nothing in between. There should be other mid-range layers of access.
For example, we have many users that could well fit uner the 'data entry' profile, but as soon as they need to approve something, for that feature alone they need to be given 'full user' access which cots $1,100 per licence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Risk & Assurance team raised good awareness of risk evidenced by the uplift in risk interactions and proactive usage of our new ‘Protecht’ Risk Management System . As a result, Lotto NZ, is now on the verge of moving to a more mature and embedded risk culture. The approach we have actively helped lead is to essentially put the core risk and compliance aspects into the DNA of our organisation, so people just do it without thinking of it as an additional process – i.e. avoid risk thinking as an afterthought. As with any vendor sourced products there are natural limitations with development and functionality. So one of the constraints is the need to engage with Protecht to make the more significant changes to features and functionality which are unique to our needs. Very technical system which means if you want to design any detailed dashboards there is a requirement to immerse yourself in dashboard creation which can be quite timely. however, this is a neccessity if you want to disect data at a detailed level and is very rewarding when you have the knowledge. Protecht are very supportive in this respect and will either help or advise when things get technical and are proactive in improving their dashboard design features. Protecht has dramatically improved our ERM process. Moving from a manual process to this platform has significantly enhanced our entire process, from data collection to MI Pack reporting. The time saved has been valuable to our Company. One of the best features is that it gives the user the power to make the necessary changes. We would have liked the pricing to be more transparent before and after the implementation. Further clarification on what the standard SOW includes would also have been appreciated. This would've helped as we have some additional work done post-implementation. It would have helped to speed up the process before and when presenting the details to our senior management.
