Property Matrix Pros and Cons

Property Matrix is a very thorough software. Easy to learn and customer service is the best. If there is not a report that you need, customer service will set one up for you. If you need customized field for data, they will also set those up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price. Unless you're utilizing this at a high level (many units) the price would be staggering. If you're managing multiple units (at least 20 I would say) you could justify this price. $240 a month is really high if you're only casually managing properties. Property Matrix property management software includes excellent marketing capabilities. I can now prepare and post vacancy listings, print flyers, receive and follow-up on leads all from one convenient dashboard. I no longer need multiple programs to advertise my properties, and best of all, the cloud-based software allows me to manage everything from any location and any device.
