Using PR makes posting onto social media simple and straightforward. It's so much better than doing it myself. I get custom content generated every month, pre-set to publish on each social acct.
I use the monthly 'content bundle' service where they create media and posts in the platform for me. It's custom stuff for a great rate. I'm a small business but found their service, so far, hard to beat.
Their creative ideas flow from the outlines I provide them, month after month, and have in fact helped me develop this as a marketing strategy that merges with my newsletter and blog posts. The people are easy to work with, the platform is super intuitive when I go in to edit, and they even were in front of the Instagram change that means I can post to Instagram. Other platforms fell short there. I've used Tweetdeck, Hootsuite and a couple others. PR keeps me happy.
Additionally, I can create an image (regardless of posting in on the platform) super easily in their editor, and can upload elements from my own image library. Super custom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the platform could let you create a post and apply it to several accounts, but I seem to have to go one at a time. Sure, it's recommended we don't have the same exact post in the various social accts, but let's face it - it's a time saver.
As a 'content bundle' customer of theirs, I provide an outline of what I want each month. This sort of pre-curates and lets them do the detailed work. Sometimes they seem to miss the instruction or have problems following it. However, they fix these issues once I point them out.
I'm struggling a bit with GIFs and VIDEOs for posting. That part of the platform may need to be upgraded. It's something that needs manual intervention, which I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Makes it super easy and fast to post good-looking content on Social Media Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like if the content was automatically customized with your own brand colors and fonts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate that Promo Republic is one of the first to allow you to use Canva (graphic editor) and stock photos seamlessly within the system. It makes building content extremely easy.
Their customer service is amazing and they are great at getting back to you when you have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their Instagram Direct feature is still extremely glitchy and disconnects often creating extra work for everyone on the team. It seems to be getting better.
I'm also frustrated that it's an additional fee to be able to comment and/or communicate with people interacting with your social media channels. I feel as though this should be built into their pricing like Agora Pulse or Hootsuite. Or at very least, make the price make sense! They charge $45 PER ACCOUNT for this feature on an agency account. That adds up very quickly. It's the only thing that might make me switch systems at the end of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to get ideas, edit, schedule, and see how the post did in one place is amazing. I absolutely love PromoRepublic. I haven't found anything better out there. The calendar is great, you can see all of your accounts at once and they even tell you what type of thing to post and when to get the most engagement. It's awesome! The only issue that I have is with customer service is sometimes a little slow due to time zones but they always answer and they always solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best of the best promorepublic is a social media management tool that offers easy social media management for anyone. The user interface is very clean and easy to navigate. Huge inbuilt content suggestions and library that can be filtered based on niche. The Editor allows to edit the suggested templates or create your own custom image. And the best part scheduling your posts in the calendar view with suggestion for time of posting. Just a great piece of social media management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the most is that it provides lots of calendar content suggestions and covers lots of niches. The scheduling option is also great as I can create a week or weeks of content for my social media in a few hours and schedule them. It also has a content editor which enhances it's functionality to include custom content templates. Lastly i love it supports all major social media platforms. PromoRepublic is one of my favorite social media tools because it so much simplifies my work in social postings and decreases human-hours on social media channels, that I don't recall seeing something similar to it. I Love its calendar with Upcoming Events where simply I don't need to do anything, just choose which holiday will be featured in my newsfeed on various social channels. Then there is coming Post Ideas - pre-written, pre-made library of 10k+ social posts templates - huge selection for different occasions. I have a Content Autopilot feature that helps me post in the most suitable time and very comfort scheduler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are things that need to be improved, for example, if I want to post to Pinterest, PromoRepublic will use just one board as a social media profile with 30 limits that I have on my plan. It is very discomfort for an account with multiple boards (up to 50). Another thing that saw, when I want to post the video on LinkedIn accounts, it is working not quate properly, as I expect. Because LinkedIn video post by PromoRepublic will open in another window to show the video, not in the newsfeed. I dislike it and hope that developers will improve this video posting feature for future as video is more getting more engaging trend for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
